Analysis of political, social and professional contexture of Islamic Consultative Assembly’s representatives; first to five periods

نخبگان سياسي در هر نظام سياسي يكي از عوامل تأثيرگذار بر تحولات مي‌باشند و مجلس شوراي اسلامي‌ در بردارنده نخبگان سياسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. لذا پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد تا با رويكردي تحليلي ـ مقايسه‌اي و به منظور دستيابي به درك درستي از دلايل و چرايي روندهاي سياسي در ايران به تحليل و بررسي بافت سياسي و اجتماعي نمايندگان مردم طي پنج دوره‌ي نخست مجلس شوراي اسلامي بپردازد و به اين پرسش‌هاي بنيادين پاسخ دهد كه نمايندگان مجلس شوراي اسـلامي‌ طي ادوار اول تا پنجم چه آرايش و تركيب سياسي و اجتماعي داشته‌اند؟ و اساساً ميان ادوار فوق الذكر به لحاظ بافت سياسي و اجتماعي چه تفاوت‌ها و شباهت‌هايي وجود دارد؟ براي پاسخ به اين سوالات ضمن توصيفي از بافت سياسي نمايندگان و تعلقات حزبي آنان، نمايندگان پنج دوره‌ي مجلس شوراي اسـلامي‌ از‌ نـظر تـوزيع سني، جنسيت، روحاني و غير روحاني، سابقه‌ي نمايندگي و تحصيلات مورد بررسي و تجزيه‌ و تحليل‌ قرار مي‌گيرند. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش مي‌تواند علاوه بر روشن نمودن روند تحولات سياسي و اجتماعي در مقطع تاريخي مورد نظر، به تحليل دلايل و چرايي روندهاي سياسي در ايران كمك نمايد.

Political elites are one of the affecting factors in any political system. Islamic Consultative Assembly includes the Islamic Republic’s political elites. Therefore, the present study tries to analyze the political and social contexture of the people’s representatives during the first five-periods of Islamic Consultative Assembly with an analytical-comparative approach in order to realize the reasons and causes of the political movements in Iran. Moreover, it answers to these essential questions that what political and social combination have the people’s representatives had during first to fifth periods of Islamic Consultative Assembly? Furthermore, fundamentally, what are the differences and similarities between the aforementioned periods from the viewpoint of political and social contexture? To answer to these questions, in addition to introducing a description of the political contexture of representatives in these periods and their political and sectarian dependency, the representatives of five periods of Islamic Consultative Assembly are studied from the viewpoints of age, sexual and educational distribution and representation experience. The results of this research can facilitate the analysis of the reasons and causes of the political movements in Iran in addition to clarifying the trends of political and social developments in the determined historical section.
