زمينه و هدف: به منظور همسويي با تحولات فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات و بهره گيري از مزاياي سيستم هاي رايانه اي، «سامانه يكپارچه آموزش مداوم جامعه پزشكي در قالب نظام اطلاعاتي جامعي با ساختار سيستمهاي مديريت اطلاعات در سال 1389 طراحي و در سال 1390 مورد بهره برداري قرار گرفته است، با توجه به آخرين دستورالعمل اداره كل آموزش مداوم كليه مشمولين ملزم به ارائه گواهي آموزشي تنها از طريق اين سامانه اند، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي نظرات مشمولين در مورد سامانه مذكور انجام شد. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه توصيفي در نيمه دوم سال 1391 در اداره كل آموزش مداوم انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمام مشمولين عضويت يافته در سامانه بود و با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي، حجم نمونه 384 نفر محاسبه شد. اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامهي پژوهشگر ساخته ي روا و پايا جمع آوري شد و در نهايت 343 نفر پاسخگو بودند. براي تحليل يافته ها از نرم افزارهاي Excel 2007 و Spss 16٫0 استفاده شد. يافته ها: بطور كلي %12٫5 از مشمولين، سامانه ي مورد نظر را عالي، %33٫5 مطلوب، %31 , 5 قابل قبول، %18٫7 ضعيف و %3٫8 نامطلوب ارزيابي نمودند. از ميان يازده حوزه كاركردي مورد بررسي بيشترين ميانگين امتيازي مربوط به كارنامه آموزش مداوم ( 1 / 00+ 2 / 61) و كمترين مربوط به اطلاعات جزئيات برنامه ها ( 2 / 16 + 1 / 03 ) بود. نتيجه گيري: از آنجايي كه هدف از ايجاد اين سامانه در س طح مشمولين، بهبود سرويس دهي به آنها و تأمين اطلاعات فردي و آموزشي و تسهيل بسياري از فعاليتهاي اداري و مالي در نظر گرفته شده بود، با راه اندازي اين سامانه گام موثري در جهت بهبود اين نظام آموزشي برداشته شده است.

Background and objective: In order to alignment with developments in information and communications technology and enjoying the benefits of computer systems, “integrated system of continuing medical education” in the form of a information comprehensive system with the management information systems structure in 1389 designed and has been operation since 1390. According to the latest guidelines of the Head Office of Continuing Medical Education, all participants are required to provide certificate of education only through this system, this study was conducted to survey of the participants about the system. Methods: This descriptive study was conducted in the second half of 1391, in the Head Office of Continuing Medical Education. The study population were included all participants in this system and with Random Sampling, sample size was calculated384 peoples. A valid and reliable researcher made questionnaire data were collected and finally, 343 respondents were. For data analysis Excel 2007 & Spss16.0 Softwars were used. Results: Generally, 12.5% of the participants were assessed this system Excellent, 33.5% Desirable, 31.5% Acceptable, 18.7% Weak and 3.8% Undisirable. Among the eleven functional areas the highest mean scores were reports of continuing education CV (2.61±1.00) and detailed information about the programs was lowest(2.16±1.03). Conclusion: Since the purpose of establishing this system in participants level, was intended to improve services to them, provide personal and educational data and facilitate the administrative and financial activities, with the commissioning of this system is effective steps have been taken to improve the educational system.
