ارائة مدلي هوشمند براي پيش‌بيني نتايج مسابقات ليگ جهاني واليبال با استفاده از شبكه‌‌هاي عصبي

An Intelligent Model to Predict the Results of the World League Volleyball Using Neural Networks

هدف اين پژوهش، ارائة روشي هوشمند براي پيش‌بيني نتايج مسابقات واليبال برمبناي آمار بازي‌هاي انجام‌شدة قبلي بود. جامعة آماري شامل همة مسابقات ورزشي و نمونة پژوهش، مسابقات ليگ جهاني واليبال قهرماني 2014 لهستان بود. روش پژوهش، توصيفي- تحليلي بود كه در بخش توصيفي،آمار بازي‌ها شامل تعداد آبشارها، تعداد دفاع‌هاي روي تور، تعداد سرويس‌هاي موفق، تعداد خطاها، زمان بازي، امتياز تيم‌ها و تعداد ست‌هاي برنده و بازنده، از سايت رسمي فدراسيون جهاني واليبال به‌دست آمد. در بخش تحليلي، اطلاعات با استفاده از جعبة ابزار شبكة عصبي نرم‌افزار متلب تجزيه‌وتحليل شد و مدلي پيش‌بيني براي آن نيز ارائه شد. نتايج و نمودارهاي حاصل از شبيه‌سازي‌هاي انجام‌شده نشان داد كه شبكة عصبي پرسپترون دولايه با هشت ورودي و يك خروجي به‌همراه تابع انتقال تانژانت سيگمويد، با 10 نورون در لاية مخفي اول و تابع انتقال خطي با 8 نورون در لاية مخفي دوم، با 10/93 درصد پيش‌بيني درست در مرحلة آموزش، 90 درصد پيش‌بيني درست در مرحلة صحت‌سنجي و 61/82 درصد پيش‌بيني درست در مرحلة آزمون، الگوي مناسبي براي پيش‌بيني نتايج مسابقات واليبال در اين ليگ جهاني است. مي‌توان از اين مدل‌ها براي تعيين نقاط ضعف و قوت تيم خودي و حريفان استفاده كرد. درواقع، اين مدل همانندآناليزور يا كارشناس ماهري است كه اطلاعات مفيدي را در اختيار مربيان و مديران قرار مي‌دهد.

The aim of this study is to provide a smart way to predict the results of games played volleyball on the basis of the previous statistics. The population in this study includes all sports and sample in this research World League volleyball championship in 2014 Poland. The current study was a descriptive, analytical and descriptive part, game statistics, including the number of waterfalls, the number Defences on tour, the number of managed services, number of errors, time, and number of sets won and lost points are obtained from the official website of FIVB; and in the analysis, Neural Network Toolbox for MATLAB data analysis and a prediction model for which it was submitted. Graphs of simulation results show that the neural network layer with 8 inputs and 1 output-coupled neurons in the hidden layer transfer function tansigmoid with 10 first and second transfer function in the hidden layer neurons purelin 8, with 93.10% forecast in the training phase, 90% forecast in the verification and 82.61% correct prediction in the test phase, a model for predicting outcomes in the World League volleyball tournament is. Therefore, this model can be used with very high precision. By doing research like this study can be very convenient, accurate and expert teams was held.
