چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش دانش داوران فوتبال شهر اصفهان از مسائل حقوقي مرتبط با حرفۀ داوري انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش را كليۀ داوران فوتبال شهر اصفهان در سال (1394) كه به‌صورت فعال با هيأت فوتبال آن شهر همكاري داشتند، تشكيل دادند (100N=). روش انتخاب حجم نمونه روش كل شمار بوده كه از اين ميان تعداد 52 نفر از داوران با درجات داوري مختلف در اين پژوهش شركت داشتند. از يك پرسش‌نامۀ پژوهشگر‌ساختۀ 80 سؤالي در‌قالب 12 بعد به‌عنوان ابزار اندازه‌گيري استفاده گرديد (روايي 73/0؛ پايايي: 85/0). نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه داوران فوتبال شهر اصفهان از آگاهي كافي درمورد مسائل حقوقي مرتبط با حرفۀ داوري برخوردار نمي‌باشند (05/0P≤). به‌بيان‌ديگر، اگر‌چه آگاهي آن‌ها از برخي حيطه‌هاي وظايف قانوني داوري كافي است؛ اما دانش آن‌ها از نتايج عدم اجراي وظايف مربوطه، عناصر لازم جهت تحميل مسئوليت مدني، معيار يك داور متعارف و چگونگي ورود به دعاوي قضايي مناسب نمي‌باشد. در اين ارتباط، شايد سيستم آموزش داوري، كمبود منابع علمي مرتبط، عدم پوشش رسانه‌اي، عدم حمايت دانشگاهي و آگاهي نامناسب جامعۀ ورزش نسبت به مسائل حقوقي ورزش از جمله عوامل مؤثر بر دانش داوران فوتبال نسبت به مسائل حقوقي مرتبط با حرفۀ داوري باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
This study aimed to assess the knowledge of football referees from law issues of refereeing career. The total population of this study included all of the football referees in Isfahan in 1394 (2015) which actively cooperated with the football association of that city (N=100). 52 referees in various referring levels participated in this study. A self-constructed questionnaire includes 80 questions, in the form of 12 dimensions, employed in this research (validity: 0.73, reliability: 0.85). The results indicated that football referees do not have sufficient knowledge regarding law issues related to refereeing career (P≤0.05). In other words, regardless of their sufficient knowledge from some dimensions of legal refereeing duties, their knowledge from the results of breaching their duties, required factors for imposing liability to them, the criteria of standard referee, and the possible ways that they might enter to litigation are not sufficient. In these regards, the education system of referees, lack of related scientific sources, lack of media coverage, lack of supporting from universities, and insufficient knowledge of all people involved in sport from law issues of sport, might be, are the effective factors on knowledge of football referees in these regards.
