مطالعات آينده بر اساس فلسفه افلاطون، كانت و نيچه؛ پساآينده‌پژوهي و جايگاه آينده‌پژوهي در ساختارهاي سازماني و سياسي

Futures Studies on the Foundation of Plato, Kant and Nietzsche Philosophy: Post Futures Studies and Position of Futures Studies in Organizational & Political Structures

موضوع پژوهش، محورهاي سه‌گانه‌ آينده‌پژوهي (ابعاد زماني، اجزا و اركان) است. در ابتدا بر مبناي «هرمنوتيك»، به تاريخ فلسفه‌ غرب پرداخته مي‌شود كه در آن «حقيقت» سه مرحله را طي كرده است؛ حقيقت افلاطوني، كانتي و نيچه ­اي. اين سه، طيفي با دو كرانه‌ مطلق و يك ناحيه‌ مياني را تشكيل مي‌دهند. در سه ناحيه‌ آينده‌ «ذهني، بِيني و عيني» و سه رويكرد «نظري، نظري-عملي و عملي» ماتريسي 3*3 شكل‌گرفته و چينش پانزده حوزه‌ مطالعات آينده، كه همگي به ­عنوان زيرمجموعه‌ «آينده‌انديشي» به شمار مي‌آيند، سامان مي‌يابند. هدف؛ معرفت‌شناسي حوزه‌هاي مطالعات آينده است. در ادامه، با تبيين ارتباط آينده‌انديشي با مديريت و رهبري، جايگاه آينده‌انديشي در ساختارهاي سازماني و سياسي تعيين مي‌شود. دو نقش آينده‌انديشي (حلقه‌ مفقوده‌ مديريت و رهبري)؛ نقش همگرا ساز و نقش هم راستاساز است. جايگاه آينده‌انديشي در ساختارهاي سازماني و سياسي، ماوراي مديريت و قواي سه‌گانه (مجريه، مقننه و قضاييه) و مادون رهبري است. درنهايت با تمايز «آينده‌ آينده‌پژوهي» و «پساآينده­ پژوهي»؛ سير روند برنامه‌ريزي، آينده‌پژوهي و پساآينده­ پژوهي طرح مي‌شود. برنامه‌ريزي، ماهيتي مديريتي و سياسي؛ آينده‌پژوهي، ماهيتي اجتماعي و جامعه‌شناسي و پساآينده­ پژوهي، از ماهيتي حاكميتي و سياسي برخوردار است. هدف غايي آينده‌پژوهي، آينده‌ آينده‌پژوهي (حلقه‌ واسط مابين آينده‌پژوهي و پساآينده­پژوهي) و پساآينده­ پژوهي به ترتيب عبارت است از ساختن جامعه‌ آرماني، جهاني ساختن آن و ساختن حكومت آرماني جهاني.

Thesubject of research is three axes of futures studies (time dimensions, bases and elements). The starting point is to review hermeneutically the history of West philosophy regarding the three phases of truth: Plato, Kant and Nietzsche truth. These three types of truth are forming a spectrum with two absolute extremes and intermediate area. Futures studies is also consist of three future types (objective, middle and subjective) and three future approaches (theoretical, theoretical-practical and practical), forming a 3*3 matrix with 15 future studies areas, called together futures thinking. The purpose is the epistemology of futures studies areas. Explaining the interrelationship of futures thinking with management and leadership, the position of futures thinking in organizational and political structures is determined. Two functions of futures thinking (missing link of management and leadership) are converging and paralleling. The position of futures thinking in organizational and political structures is beyond of management and administration, judiciary and legislation and inferior of leadership. Finally, the development line of planning, futures studies and post futures studies is specified to distinguish future of futures studies and post futures studies. Planning, futures studies and post futures studies are, respectively, managerial and political, social and sociological, and governmental and political in nature. Final goal of futures studies, future of futures studies (connective link of futures studies and post futures studies) and post futures studies are establishment of an ideal society, globalization of the ideal society and establishment of global ideal government, respectively.
