Ethical approaches and methods of decision-making in the future

يكي از مسائل نوظهور در حوزه‌ تصميم‌گيري، نحوه‌ ورود نگراني‌هاي اخلاقي به درون مدل‌هاست. پژوهش‌هاي انجام‌شده در اين زمينه فاقد انسجام بوده و جهت‌گيري‌هاي اساسي ارزشي و اخلاقي علم تصميم را به صورت شفاف روشن نمي‌كنند. مكاتب و نظريات اخلاقي منبع مناسبي براي ارائه يك طبقه‌بندي جامع از رويكردهاي اخلاقي حاكم در اين رشته هستند. با توجه به خلأ موجود در اين زمينه، تحقيق حاضر قصد دارد تا جريان‌هاي اخلاقي تأثيرگذار روي تصميم‌گيري سازماني را شناسايي كند. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از حيث جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، توصيفي است. ابزار مورد استفاده براي تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده‌ها نيز رويكرد تحليل تم است. بدين منظور در مرحله اول مقالات چهار نشريه معتبر علم تصميم به‌ عنوان جامعه مورد توجه قرار گرفت. در مرحله بعد با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري نظري، 68 مقاله براي استخراج تم‌هاي مرتبط با اخلاقيات انتخاب شدند.پس از تحليل تم مقالات، چهار تم اصلي شناسايي شدند. اين تم‌ها عبارت‌اند از: نحوه‌ ورود اخلاقيات به درون مدل‌ها، اراده انساني، ماهيت انسان‌ها و زيربناي اخلاقي. با توجه به اين تم‌ها، طبقه‌بندي جامعي از جريان‌هاي اخلاقي تصميم‌گيري ارائه شد. اين جريان‌هاي اخلاقي عبارت‌اند از: كلاسيك، واقع‌گرايي انتقادي، تفسيري، هنجاري، پسا-ساختارگرا و پراگماتيسم.يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش در شناخت ارزش‌هاي اخلاقي مطرح در مسائل مبتلابه سازمان‌ها، نحوه‌ ورود اين ارزش‌ها به مدل‌ها و شيوه‌ تركيب مدل‌ها تأثيرگذار خواهد بود.

One of the emerging issues in science decision is that how ethical concerns enter into models. Studies in this area are inconsistent and don’t show Fundamental ethical orientations in decision science. Ethical theories are a suitable source for categorizing ethical approaches of OR. Due to the gaps in this area, the present study aims to identify the influencing ethical currents of field on organizational decision making. In terms of target, the present study is applied and in terms of data collection, is a descriptive research. Themes analysis was used for analyzing data. For this purpose, in the first articles of four journals in o‎r was considered. Then, using theoretical sampling, 68 articles were selected for extraction of themes related to ethics. After analyzing the themes, four main themes were identified. These themes are: entry way of ethics into models, human will, human nature and ethical foundation. According to these themes, a comprehensive classification of ethical streams of o‎r was presented. The ethical currents are: classic, critical realism, interpretative, normative, post-structuralism, pragmatism. The results will be impressive in recognition of ethical values on organizational problems, entry method of values into models and combination way of models.
