بتن غلتكي نوعي از بتن با اسلامپ تقريبا صفر مي باشد. رويه بتن غلتكي بتن متراكم شده اي است كه روند كسب مقاومت آن شبيه به خاك كوبيده شده است. مقدار رطوبت بايد به گونه اي تنظيم گردد كه ضمن فراهم شدن شرايط اختلاط مصالح و تراكم بتن، خمير سيمان به صورت يكنواخت در بتن پخش شده و بتن تحت اثر وزن غلتك متراكم گردد. پس از استفاده موفقيت آميز از بتن غلتكي در سدسازي، ويژگي ها و مزاياي اين نوع بتن منجمله قابليت كسب مقاومت هاي بالا در سنين كم و عدم نيازي به تسليح، قالب بندي و پرداخت كه كار اجرايي را تسهيل و تسريع مي نمايد، كارشناسان را به استفاده از اين نوع بتن در روسازي راه ها ترغيب نمود. امكان استفاده از تجهيزات متداول اجراي رويه هاي آسفالتي جهت اجراي رويه هاي بتن غلتكي در كنار هزينه هاي تعمير و نگهداري كمتر و عمر مفيد بيشتر در بسط و گسترش استفاده از اين نوع بتن به عنوان روسازي راه ها بسيار موثر بوده است. در كشور ما با توجه به فزوني ظرفيت توليد انواع سيمان نسبت به نياز پروژه هاي عمراني داخلي و تقاضاي بازارهاي صادراتي، گسترش استفاده از رويه هاي بتني در راه ها به عنوان راهكاري عملي جهت ايجاد بازار مصرف پايدار براي بخشي از سيمان قابل توليد مطرح مي باشد. در اين مقاله برخي از و دستاوردهاي آزمايشگاهي و تجارب اجرايي استفاده از بتن غلتكي به عنوان روسازي در خيابان هاي داخلي كارخانه پريفاب منجمله نكات طراحي طرح مخلوط با استفاده از مصالح بومي و بخشي از پسماند توليد مصالح سنگي، اقدامات انجام شده جهت بهسازي خط توليد مصالح سنگي و مركز توليد بتن كارخانه جهت انطباق با الزامات ساخت و حمل بتن غلتكي، نكات قابل تامل درخصوص بهره برداري از ماشين آلات متداول راهسازي جهت اجراي بتن غلتكي و فرآوري و نگهداري از بتن غلتكي در شرايط هواي گرم به تفضيل بيان گرديده اند
