بررسي شيوه هاي اثر بخش پيشگيري وضعي از سرقت منازل مسكوني (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان زاهدان)

سرقت منازل مسكوني از جمله جرايم عليه اموال است كه موجب پديد آمدن ناامني و ضرر اقتصادي در فضاي جامعه مي گردد. اين تحقيق به منظور شناسايي شيوه هاي اثر بخش پيشگيري وضعي از سرقت منازل مسكوني صورت پذيرفته تا مباني نظري و علمي نمود كاربردي بخود گرفته و با توليد يك دانش بومي در منطقه خاص موجب پيشگيري از اين جرم گردد. متغيرهاي مستقل اين پژوهش شيوه ها و اقدامات پيشگيرانه وضعي است و پيشگيري از سرقت منازل مسكوني به عنوان متغير وابسته در نظر گرفته شده است. با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده، حجم نمونه بر اساس دسترسي، تقريبي 308 نفر از جامعه آماري شامل مامورين انتظامي، سارقين منازل مسكوني، مال باختگان و شهروندان در شهرستان زاهدان مي باشد و بر اساس روش پيمايشي انجام شده و جمع آوري اطلاعات از طريق مشاهده، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه صورت گرفته است. نتايج نشان مي دهند كه كم كردن منافع حاصل از جرم و كاهش اقدامات تحريك كننده در كاهش رغبت بزه كاران براي ارتكاب جرم سرقت منازل مسكوني موثر مي باشد و افزايش زحمت ارتكاب جرم، افزايش خطر ارتكاب جرم و از بين بردن بهانه ارتكاب جرم در فرآيند تصميم گيري بزه كاران، از موجبات كاهش سرقت منازل مسكوني است.

Methods: This study theoretical and practical approach to identify and examine effective ways to situational prevention in reducing residential burglary addition to describing the theoretical basis, the use of descriptive, analytical, a post-event survey conducted by relying on The population consisted of officials from the police, the thieves residential, victim and citizens in the city of Zahedan be examined. Data were obtained through a questionnaire. Findings and results: The results of the research show that lowering the benefits of crime reduction measures stimulating interest in reducing offenders to commit theft of residential is effective houses and Increasing bother of the crime, the risk of crime and eliminate excuses crime offenders in the decision making process, reduced theft from residential homes.
