تبيين ميزان امنيت در محيطهاي شهري با تاكيد بر رويكرد طراحي امنيت محور (نمونه موردي: محله شهر ري)

Explaining the level of security in the urban environment, with an emphasis on a security-centric design approach (Case Study: Neighborhood of Ray city)

امنيت در دوران معاصر از ضرورت هاي اساسي در زندگي فردي و اجتماعي است و از جايگاه ويژه اي در برنامه ريزي هاي شهري برخوردار است. آسيب پذيري احساس امنيت و نگراني هاي ناشي از فضاهاي شهري ناامن معلول عوامل متفاوتي است و به عنوان يكي از دغدغه هاي مديريت شهري شناخته مي شود. حال يكي از موثرترين و كاراترين رويكردها در زمينه ارتقاء امنيت شهري رويكرد امنيت از طريق طراحي است كه مي تواند نقش به سزايي در ايمن سازي فضاهاي شهري ايفا نمايد. بدين منظور هدف از نگارش اين مقاله تبيين ميزان امنيت شهري و معرفي رويكرد امنيت از طريق طراحي است. محدوده مورد مطالعه يعني محله شهر ري به دليل وجود برخي از مشكلات مانند تراكم بالاي جمعيتي، وجود بافت هاي مسئله دار و فشردگي بيش از حد داراي مشكلات زيادي در زمينه امنيت شهري مي باشد، كه به عنوان نمونه مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد. نوع پژوهش بر اساس ماهيت از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي مي باشد كه در تبيين ادبيات و پيشينه تحقيق و ارائه مدل از مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اينترنتي بهره برده شده است. همچنين به منظور ارزيابي و رتبه بندي مولفه ها از تكنيك SWOT- FANP كه در واقع تلفيقي از جدول سوات به همراه روش فرايند تحليل شبكه اي و تئوري فازي استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نيز بكارگيري نورپردازي مناسب، ايجاد مراكز جمعي، افزايش حس تعلق و هويت از طريق بالابردن كيفيت فضاها و ساماندهي فضاهاي غير قابل دفاع به عنوان اولويت هاي اول تا چهارم در ارتقاي امنيت در محدوده مورد مطالعه شناخته شده است.

Security in contemporary times is a fundamental necessity in individual and social life and it has a special place in urban planning. The vulnerability of the sense of security and concerns caused by insecure urban spaces is different and is considered as one of the concerns of urban management. One of the most effective and effective approaches in promoting urban security is the security approach through design that can play a significant role in the safety of urban spaces. For this purpose, the purpose of this article is to explain the level of urban security and introduce a security approach through design. The study area, the ray neighborhood, has many problems in urban security due to some problems such as high population density, problematic tissues and excessive compression, which is considered as an example. The type of research is based on the nature of the descriptive-analytic type, which has been used to explain literature and research background and provide a model of library and internet studies. The SWOT-FANP technique, which is in fact a compilation of the Swat table, with the method of network analysis and fuzzy theory, is also used to evaluate and rank the components. The results of the research have also identified the application of appropriate lighting, creating community centers, increasing sense of belonging and identity through improving the quality of spaces and organizing untenable spaces as priorities 1 to 4 in improving security in the studied area.
