طراحي الگوي خودشكوفايي مبتني بر اخلاق اسلامي و مقايسه آن با تجربه زيسته هنرمندان خودشكوفا

Developing a Model of Self-Actualization Based on Islamic Morals and Comparing it with the Lived Experiences of Self-Actualized Artists

جامعه‌شناسان بر اهميت خودشكوفايي در هويت‌بخشي و سلامت جوامع مدرن تاكيد كرده‌‌اند. پژوهش‌هاي انجام گرفته درباره خودشكوفايي در فرهنگ‌هاي مختلف، تفاوت‌هايي را در سطح خودشكوفايي در جوامع نشان داده‌‌اند و تعريف خودشكوفايي مبتني بر فرهنگ را لازم دانسته‌‌اند. در پاسخ به اين ضرورت، پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي الگوي خودشكوفايي مبتني بر كمال از ديدگاه اخلاق اسلامي و مقايسه آن با تجارب زيسته هنرمندان خودشكوفا، انجام گرفت. اين پژوهش به روش كيفي و با نمونه پژوهشي كتاب جامع السعادات نراقي در بخش اخلاق و شش تن از هنرمندان خودشكوفا انجام گرفت. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها به روش تحليل مضمون انجام شد. پس از كدگذاري مفاهيم، مضامين شناسايي شده، ‌‌‌‌‌طبقه‌بندي و نام‌گذاري شدند. يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد خودشكوفايي از ديدگاه اخلاق داراي چهار حوزه انسان و خدا، انسان و خود، انسان و تعالي و انسان و جامعه است. تجربه زيسته هنرمندان مشابهت بالايي با الگوي اخلاق دارد، مضمون خلاقيت در آن افزون بر مضامين الگوي اخلاقي است و همچنين در مصاحبه با هنرمندان بر كنش اجتماعي تاكيد بيشتري شده‌است. براين اساس، با مبنا قرار دادن ويژگي هاي سبك زندگي از ديدگاه اخلاق اسلامي و تقويت جايگاه خلاقيت و رويكرد اجتماعي در آن، مي توان به نياز امروز جامعه به خودشكوفايي، براي ايجاد تعادل بين خواسته هاي متعارض حاصل از تغييرات فرهنگي و نقش هاي متعدد تحميل شده به انسان، پاسخ داد.

Sociologists have emphasized the importance of self-actualization in identity formation and modern societies’ health. Self-actualization researches in various cultures have indicated differences in the level of self-actualization in societies and emphasized the importance of a culture-based definition of self-actualization. To answer this necessity, the purpose of this study was to develop a self-actualization model based on perfection and according to Islamic morality viewpoints, and comparing it with the lived experiences of self-actualized artists. The research was conducted qualitatively. The research sample was Naraghi’s book of Jame’-al-Sa'adat on morality and six self-actualized artists. Data analysis method was thematic analysis. After coding the concepts, themes were identified, categorized and named. Findings indicate that self-actualization in Islamic morality has four scopes: man and god, man and self, man and transcendence and man and society. The lived experiences of artists was much similar to the model, “creativity” was an additional theme to the morality model and there was an increased emphasis on the social functions of artists in the interviews. Thus, establishing a lifestyle according to Islamic morals and consolidating creativity and social approach in it, can answer to our society’s need for self-actualization to keep paradoxical demands of cultural changes and multiple roles imposed on man, in balance.
