ارزيابي و رتبه بندي سازندگان قطعات يدكي با استفاده از روش فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي (مطالعه موردي: شركت ملي حفاري ايران)

Evaluating and Ranking the Manufacturers of Refill parts by Hierarchy Analysis process (case study: National Iranian Drilling Company)

در سال­هاي اخير زنجيره تأمين نظر بسياري از محققين و صنعتگران را به خود جلب كرده است. در بازار رقابتي امروز توليدكنندگان تنها درصدد بهبود وضع داخلي نيستند، بلكه انتخاب بهترين بازارها و مناسب­ترين تأمين­ كنندگان در صدر برنامه­ هاي آن­ها قرار گرفته است. عملكرد زنجيره تأمين به فعاليت­هاي گسترده زنجيره تأمين جهت برآورده كردن نيازهاي مشتريان اشاره دارد كه شامل قابليت دسترسي به محصول، تحويل به موقع و موجودي و ظرفيت لازم در زنجيره تأمين براي عملكردي مناسب است. عملكرد زنجيره تأمين مرزهاي شركت را پشت سر مي­گذارد، مواد اصلي، قطعات، مونتاژهاي فرعي و محصولات نهايي و توزيع آن­ها توسط كانال­هاي مختلف انجام مي­ پذيرد. در اين تحقيق با استفاده از مدل تحليل سلسله مراتبي (به عنوان روش تصميم­ گيري چند معياره)، عوامل با اهميت در ارزيابي و رتبه بندي سازندگان قطعات يدكي شركت ملي حفاري ايران ارائه گرديد. مهم­ترين شاخص­ هاي به دست آمده بر اساس مقايسات زوجي صورت گرفته توسط خبرگان عبارتند از: تحويل، خدمات، هزينه، كيفيت، توانمندي­هاي شركت، انعطاف ­پذيري، قابليت اعتماد و تعهدات اجتماعي. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق كليه مديران، رؤسا و سرپرستان شركت ملي حفاري مي­باشد كه از ميان آن­ها 120 نفر به صورت تصادفي ساده و بر اساس فرمول كوكران انتخاب گرديدند. بر اساس نتايج، شاخص گارانتي و خدمات پس از فروش بيشترين اهميت و شاخص قابليت اعتماد كمترين اهميت را در ارزيابي تأمين­كنندگان داشتند.

n recent years supply chains have gained the attention of many researchers & industrialists. Within today's competitive market, producers are not only concerned with their internal conditions, but the selection of the best markets together with the best providers. Functioning of the supply chain depends on the vast chain of supplies for providing customer needs, which include ease of customer reach, on time delivery and the required capacity within the chain for suitable performance. Functioning of the supply chain leaves the company boarder's behind. The main materials, parts, sub-assemblies and the final products and their distribution are provided through different channels. In this research Analytical Hierarchical Protocol (AHP) the important factors in evaluation and ranking of spare parts manufacturers of National Iranian Drilling Company were identified. The important indicators were identified by experts and through pair comparison. These factors were: delivery, services, costs, quality, company capabilities, flexibility, reliability and social commitment. The statistical population for this research was all of the managers, heads and section leaders of the national Iranian Drilling company. One hundred and twenty (120) of these according to cocran formula were randomly selected. According to the results guarantee and after sale services indicators had the highest importance and the reliability indicator had the lowest importance in the evaluation of the providers.
