Introduction to Cultural Strategies to Reduce Social Damage with the Intervention of Islamic Azad University

در اين مقاله كه بر اساس پژوهشي بنيادي تنظيم شده با هدف ايجاد خدمات مثبت، پويا و مداخله گرانه ي دانشگاه ها در جهت تعديل آسيب هاي اجتماعي، كه در كلان شهرها در حال افزايش و ايجاد نگراني ها و اختلالات بسيار عمده در زندگي مردم شده، تلاش شده تا فضايي خودآگاه و داراي نقشه ي راه به منظور، كاهش آسيب ها فراهم شود. متاسفانه گسترش آسيب هاي اجتماعي و نابساماني هاي رواني و ضداخلاقي آن بر هويت فرهنگي نسل جوان، آرامش و تعادل نهادهاي پايداري مانند خانواده و تعليم و تربيت را تهديد ميكند. نتيجه آن كه با ملاحظه قسمت نهايي اين مقاله بتوان از دامنه ي ابهام در بحث مداخله ي فرهنگي دانشگاه جهت كاهش آسيب هاي اجتماعي كاسته و نيز روحيه ي خودآگاه جمعي و عاري از بي تفاوتي در كنشگري مديران اجرايي دانشگاه ها به ويژه در مركز مهم استاني فراهم شود؛ تا واحدهاي دانشگاهي بتوانند با آگاهي از راهبردهاي روشن حقوقي، جامعه شناسي و فرهنگي، الگوهاي كاركردي و انسجام دهندهاي براي كاهش سندرم آسيب هاي (اجتماعي) نگران كننده و ملتهب جامعه ي شهري، عرضه نموده، و فضاي گفتماني نوآور و پويا و استقبال كننده ي علمي را براي جذب نظرها و روش هاي نوين فراهم شود. اميد است اين كوشش، مبنايي براي انجام گفتمان هاي پژوهشي و كاربردي در مناطق بومي كشور با مشاركت دانشگاه و هماهنگي نهادهاي دولتي مانند بهزيستي، نيروي انتظامي، فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامي و ديگر سازمان هاي اجرايي مربوط انجام باشد.

This article is based on a fundamental and exploratory research, By studying and analyzing texts and aiming to create positive, dynamic, and interventional services for universities, In order to mitigate the social damage that has been rising in metropolis, causing major concerns and disruptions in people's lives, An attempt has been made to provide an informed, space-saving map to reduce injuries. Unfortunately, the spread of social damage and its anti-Semitism on the cultural identity of the younger generation threatens the peace and balance of sustainability institutions such as the family and education. The result is that, considering the final part of this paper, one can reduce the scope of ambiguity in the cultural intervention of the university to reduce social harm. As well as the collective responsibility of the indifference of the executive directors of universities, especially in the provincial center; to provide academic units with awareness of clear legal, sociological, and cultural strategies, they will provide functional and coherent patterns to reduce the distress and infectious (social) syndrome of urban society. an‎d provided an innovative, dynamic, and scientific discursive atmosphere to attract new ideas and methods. It is hoped that this endeavor will be the basis for conducting research and applied discourses in the native regions of the country, with the participation of the university and the coordination of governmental institutions such as welfare, law enforcement, Islamic culture and guidance, and other relevant executive agencies.
