فرقه‌گرايي، برخورد تمدن‌ها و مديريت بحران در جهان اسلام

Sectarianism, Clash of Civilizations and Crisis Management in the Islamic World

بحران در جهان اسلام عوامل و اشكال زيادي دارد و بسياري ريشۀ آن را از دريچۀ فرقه‌گرايي مورد تحليل قرار مي‌دهند؛ به‌ نحوي‌ كه فرقه‌گرايي را چه به‌ صورت فعال و يا غيرفعال، شاخص‌ترين بحران در دنياي اسلام قلمداد مي‌كنند. هدف اصلي اين مقاله بررسي منشأ فعال شدن فرقه‌گرايي در دنياي اسلام در سطح كلان است. اين پژوهش با طرح اين سؤال كه چه عواملي باعث فعال شدن فرقه‌گرايي و ظهور و بروز آن در شكل درگيري‌هاي فرقه‌اي در جهان اسلام شده به‌گونه‌اي كه آن را به يك بحران مسلط در اين پهنه تبديل كرده است؟ به ارزيابي اين فرضيه مي­پردازد كه نظم سياسي بين‌المللي اقتضا مي­كند فرقه‌گرايي به‌عنوان يك بحران مزمن (غيرفعال) در دنياي اسلام در راستاي اهداف نظم سياسي بين‌المللي فعال شود. اين پژوهش ازنظر هدف كاربردي و ازنظر روش تحليلي- تبييني است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، فيش‌برداري و پرسشنامه و روش تجزيه‌وتحليل اطلاعات كمي و كيفي و بر اساس چارچوب نظري جنگ تمدن‌هاي هانتينگتون و طيف ليكرت استخراج‌شده است. يافته نظري پژوهش آن است كه پديده‌هاي داخلي، منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي قابل دست‌كاري و مديريت هستند و يافته كاربردي هم به اين موضوع برمي‌گردد كه جهان اسلام بايد با تقسيم و توزيع قدرت سياسي متناسب با بافت اجتماعي كشورها كه نزديك‌ترين راه‌حل به نظر مي‌رسد در جهت رفع اين عارضه اقدام كند.

The crisis in the Islamic world has several aspects and would be analyzed as the origin of the sectarianism. Somehow, the sectarianism either active or inactive was considered to be the most significant crisis in the Muslim world. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the origin of the activation of sectarianism at the strategic level. Thus, the international political order requires the activation of the sectarianism in order to achieve their goals. This research is applied and analytical-explanatory type. The note-taking and questionnaire method used for collecting the information and quantitative and qualitative used to analyze this information and is based on the theoretical framework of the clash of civilizations and the Likert scale. The theoretical findings of this research are that domestic, regional, and international phenomena can be manipulated and managed, and applied results also suggest that the Islamic world should be divided and distributed according to the political power of countries depending on the social structure of countries, which seems to be the explicit solution, In order to eliminate this complication.
