تحليل كاركردي سيستم اتوبوسراني از نگاه شهروندان (مطالعۀ موردي: شهر ايلام)

رشد روز افزون جمعيت باعث به وجود آمدن مشكلات زيادي در شهرها شده است. بخشي از اين مشكلات مربوط به حمل و نقل درون‌ شهري است كه چالش‌هايي همچون: افزايش زمان سفر، آلودگي زيست محيطي و مشكلات روحي - رواني را به دنبال دارد؛ لذا مديران شهري به دنبال سيستم‌هاي جايگزين براي كاهش استفاده از خودروهاي شخصي و تردد آسان و سريع در داخل شهر هستند كه يكي از راهكارهاي موجود، استفاده از حمل و نقل عمومي است. نحوۀ مطلوب خدمات‌رساني در بخش حمل و نقل عمومي و كاركرد مطلوب آن مي‌تواند رضايتمندي شهروندان و كاهش حجم خودرو در راه‌هاي درون‌شهري را در پي داشته باشد. اهميت حمل و نقل عمومي و ويژگي‌هاي كالبدي و توپوگرافي شهر ايلام، اهميت استفاده از اتوبوس‌هاي درون‌شهري را دوچندان كرده است. در اين پژوهش كه به روش تحليلي- توصيفي انجام شده، ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از كاركرد سيستم اتوبوسراني شهر ايلام مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در راستاي اين بررسي، پس از تهيۀ پرسشنامه با توجه به جامعۀ آماري، حجم نمونه به ميزان 383 نفر انتخاب شد كه به صورت تصادفي مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. پردازش و تجزيه و تحليل دادها (آمار توصيفي و استنباطي) نيز با بهره‌گيري از روش‌هاي آماري در نرم‌افزار SPSS با استفاده از آزمون T تك‌نمونه‌اي انجام شده است. نتايج اين مطالعه حاكي از آن است كه از نگاه شهروندان، سيستم اتوبوسراني شهر ايلام از نظر خدماتي‌دهي و كاركردي در وضعيت مطلوبي قرار ندارد و عدم رضايت آنان را به دنبال داشته است؛ لذا توسعۀ خدمات‌دهي در اين بخش مي‌تواند موجب استقبال شهروندان از سيستم اتوبوسراني شود و كاهش استفاده از خودروهاي شخصي را در پي داشته باشد.

The growing population has caused many problems in the cities. Some of these problems are related to inland transportation, which include challenges such as: increased travel time, environmental pollution and psychological problems; therefore, urban managers are looking for alternative systems to reduce the use of personal cars and make traffic easier and faster. Within the city, one of the available solutions is to use public transport. The desirable way of service in the public transport sector and its proper functioning can lead to the satisfaction of the citizens and the reduction of the volume of cars on the interurban roads. The importance of public transport and the physical and topographical features of ilam have doubled the importance of using intercity buses. In this descriptive-analytical study, citizens' satisfaction with ilam city bus system performance was investigated. For the purpose of this study, after preparing the questionnaire according to the statistical population, the sample size was 383 persons who were randomly asked. Data analysis and process (descriptive and inferential statistics) were performed using one-sample T-test using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the Ilam city bus system is not in a favorable position in terms of service and functionality and has resulted in their dissatisfaction and reduce the use of personal cars.
