ارتباط كيفيت خدمات آموزشي با مسئوليت‌پذيري از ديدگاه دانشجويان دانشكده پرستاري و مامايي اردبيل

The Correlation between Educational Services Quality and Responsibility from the Viewpoint of the Students of Ardabil Nursing and Midwifery Faculty

زمينه و هدف: كيفيت مطلوب خدمات آموزشي و تربيت نيروي انساني مسئوليت­ پذير هر دو از وظايف نظام آموزشي كشور مي­ باشد. اين پ‍ژوهش با هدف تعيين ارتباط كيفيت خدمات آموزشي با مسئوليت­ پذيري از ديدگاه دانشجويان دانشكده پرستاري و مامايي اردبيل انجام شد. روش­ كار: پژوهش همبستگي حاضر در سال 1396 روي 329 نفر از دانشجويان دانشكده پرستاري مامايي اردبيل انجام گرفت. به منظور جمع­ آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه­­ سنجش كيفيت خدمات آموزشي سروكوال و پرسشنامه استاندارد مسئوليت­ پذيري استفاده شد. داده ­ها با استفاده از آزمون­ هاي آماري تي مستقل و آنوا تحت نرم­ افزار SPSS-15 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ­ها: ميانگين سني افراد مورد مطالعه 3/06±21 سال بود. اكثر دانشجويان زن (54/7%) بوده و در رشته پرستاري (32/5%) و سال دوم (35/8%) تحصيل مي كردند. ميانگين و انحراف معيار نمره كيفيت خدمات آموزشي 0/25±3/07 و مسئوليت­ پذيري 0/05±3/97 محاسبه شد. ضريب همبستگي پيرسون ارتباط معني­ داري را بين نمره كيفيت خدمات آموزشي و مسئوليت­ پذيري نشان داد (0/001 ≥ ،r= 0/013). نتيجه ­گيري: با توجه به وجود ارتباط مستقيم و معني­ دار ميان كيفيت خدمات آموزشي و مسئوليت­ پذيري، توجه به اين دو مهم از طريق ارتقاي كيفيت خدمات آموزشي دانشگاه و به بارآوردن دانشجويان مسئوليت­ پذير، مي ­تواند كارآيي دانشجويان را در محيط­ هاي باليني افزايش دهد.

Background & objectives: A desirable quality of educational services and training of responsible human resources are two tasks of the educational system. The current study aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of educational services and responsibility in students of Ardabil nursing and midwifery faculty. Methods: A correlative study was conducted on 329 students of Ardabil nursing and midwifery faculty, 2017. Data were collected using the SERVQUAL and standard questionnaires for educational services quality and responsibility, respectively. Data were analyzed statistically using independent t-test and one-way ANOVA by SPSS-15 software. Results: The mean age of students was 21±3.06 years. The majority of students were female (54.7%), mostly studying nursing (32.5%) and in the second year of education (35.8%). The mean and standard deviation of educational services quality and responsibility scores were 3.07±0.25 and 3.97±0.05, respectively. Pearson correlation coefficient showed a significant statistical relation between educational services quality score and responsibility (p<0.0001, r=0.013). Conclusion: Considering the direct and significant relationship between the quality of educational services and responsibility, paying attention to these items through improving the educational services quality and training of responsible studentscan increase the efficacy of students in clinical environments.
