The impact of technological readiness and flexibility of information technology on the effectiveness of IT

مسئله­اي كه همواره مديران در هنگام سرمايه گذاري در فناوري اطلاعات با آن مواجهه هستند كنترل بر ريسك مالي و به حداكثر رساندن اثر بخشي فناوري اطلاعات مي­باشد و اينكه منابع سازمان را چگونه به زير ساختهاي فناوري اطلاعات اختصاص دهند كه بيشترين اثربخشي را براي سازمان را به همراه داشته باشد. محققان پيشين درباره اين­كه چه پديده هايي با اثر بخشي فناوري اطلاعات در ارتباط هستند مطالعات گسترده انجام داده­اند. در ميان اين تحقيقات مطالعاتي وجود رابطه معني دار ميان آمادگي فني و انعطاف­پذيري فناوري اطلاعات با اثربخشي فناوري اطلاعات را تائيد نموده اند. هدف اين تحقيق بررسي رابطه اين دو متغير بر اثربخشي فناوري اطلاعات است. در نهايت دستاورد اين تحقيق ايجاد دانش و آگاهي در جهت اختصاص هرچه بهتر منابع سازمان براي دستيابي به اثربخشي بيشتر در فناوري اطلاعات مي­باشد. بر اين اساس سه سوال مطرح گرديده است كه در قالب يك مدل معادلات ساختاري ارائه گرديده است. روش كلي اين پژوهش روش توصيفي­ ـ­ پيمايشي مي­باشد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كاركنان دانشگاه صنعتي مالك اشتر مي­باشد. دراين تحقيق از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده استفاده شده است. پس از تعيين و تاييد شاخصهاي مرتبط با متغيرهاي مستقل و وابسته توسط خبرگان، پرسشنامه تهيه شده در نمونه آماري توزيع گرديد. براي تحليل داده­ها ابتدا با استفاده از تحليل عاملي تائيدي مرتبه اول برازش شاخصها مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت سپس با استفاده از تحليل عاملي مرتبه دوم برازش مفاهيم مدل ارائه شده مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و در نهايت با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاري مدل مفهومي تحقيق مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. در اين تحقيق از نرم افزار smartPLs براي تحليل داده استفاده گرديده است. نتايج به دست آمده نشان دهنده اين موضوع است كه رابطه معناداري ميان آمادگي فني سازمان و انعطاف­پذيري فناوري اطلاعات با اثربخشي فناوري اطلاعات وجود دارد كه بيانگر تاثير مثبت آمادگي فني سازمان و انعطاف­پذيري فناوري اطلاعات بر اثربخشي فناوري اطلاعات در اين سازمان است.

Management’s dilemma, when allocating financial resources towards the improvement of IT, is to control financial risk and maximize IT effectiveness,The resources allocated How infrastructure in the organization to have the greatest effect. Researchers Earlier about what concepts are related with the impact of IT would have done extensive studies. The studies confirmed a positive statistical correlation between technical readiness and flexibility IT the effectiveness of IT. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between these two variables on the effectiveness of IT. Finally, the outcome of this study was to develop knowledge in order to better allocate resources to achieve greater effectiveness in the information technology. Accordingly, the three questions posed in the form of a structural equation model was presented. The general approach of this research is descriptive survey research. Malek’Ashtar University employees are society of this research. In This study simple random sampling method was used. The study questionnaire distributed in the sample after determining and confirming indicators independent and dependent variables related by Experts. Using the first-order confirmatory factor analysis indices fitting assessed to analyze the data, then use the second order factor analysis studied fitting model concepts finally, assessed structural equation modeling conceptual model. The study have been used of smart PLS software for data analysis. The results obtained indicate that there is the relationship between organization technical readiness and flexibility information technology to the Effectiveness IT. This Subject shows the positive impact of organization technological readiness and information technology flexibility on the Effectiveness IT on the organization.
