تحليل مفهوم مسئوليت در پرستاري

A concept analysis of Nursing responsibility

زمينه و هدف: مسئوليت در پرستاري ابعاد گسترده اي داشته و در واقع تضمين كننده شاخص هاي سلامت و بهبود كيفيت خدمات پرستاري است. بررسي متون پرستاري نشان مي دهد در ارتباط با تبيين مفهوم مسئوليت در پرستاري آراء بسيار متفاوتي مطرح شده است. هدف از اين بررسي تحليل مفهوم مسئوليت به روش واكر اوانت (2005) مي باشد. روش بررسي: جستجوي متون و با استفاده از واژه كليدي مسئوليت در پرستاري در پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي , Iranmedex, SID Medline Scopus, proquest, ovidSP, انجام شد. مقالات معتبر داخلي و خارجي و كتاب هاي لاتين و فارسي زبان مرتبط با مفهوم مسئوليت در پرستاري كه بين سالهاي 2000 تا 2013 منتشر شده بودند بررسي شدند. پس از اعمال طرح جستجو 18 مقاله و5 كتاب كه با موضوع مرتبط و در دسترس بودند، انتخاب شده و به روش واكر اوانت تحليل و با كمك اين منابع، واژه هاي مرتبط مشخص شدند . يافته ها: تحليل مفهوم نشان داد مفهوم مسئوليت در پرستاري با واژه هايي چون دقت ، پاسخگويي و تعهد هم رديف است، مسئوليت با واژه هاي وقت گذراني و بي تفاوتي در تضاد بوده و اين دو مفهوم با وجود مسئوليت حرفه اي همگرايي نخواهد داشت. مسئوليت در پرستاري فرآيندي پيچيده است كه با مفاهيم پاسخگويي، تعهد، نوعدوستي و وجدان كاري مشخص مي شود. نتيجه گيري : زماني كه رعايت اخلاق حرفه اي در پرســتاران با چاشــني معنابخشي و احساس معنويت در كار، تجلي و نمود پيدا كند، تأثير قابل ملاحظه اي بر مسؤوليت پذيري پرستاران خواهد داشت. پرستار مسئوليت پذير در واقع فردي پاسخگو در برابر مراقبت است و هدف وي رضايت دريافت كنندگان خدمات پرستاري است. به عبارتي كار داوطلبانه و توجه به برابري درعرضه خدمات، احترام به خواسته ها و شخصيت افراد و سعي در ايجاد اعتماد مددجويان به عنوان ارزش هاي مسئوليت پرستاري است.

Background and Purpose: Nurses have a responsibility in the wider context, ensuring health indicators and improving the quality of nursing services. Nursing literature review shows that in relation to the concept of responsibility in nursing has been a very different opinion. The purpose of this study was to analyze the concept of responsibility by Walker Avant (2006). Analysis method: Text search using key words in nursing responsibilities in databases, Iranmedex, SID Medline Scopus, proquest ovidSP, was performed. Domestic and foreign papers and books in English and Farsi language associated with the concept of responsibility in nursing published between 2000 and 2013 were studied. After the search, 18 articles and five books related to the subject and were available for selection and analysis of Walker Avant, and with the help of these resources, related terms were defined. Results: Analysis showed that the concept of responsibility in nursing with words such as accuracy, accountability and commitment are the letters, the responsibility and spend time with the word apathy in conflict with the concept of professional responsibility will not converge. Nursing is a complex process with the concepts of accountability, responsibility, commitment, altruism and consciousness is determined. Conclusion: When professional ethics and a sense of spirituality signifying seasoned nurses will find manifestation of the nurses have a significant effect on the responsibility. Sense of responsibility for various aspects of nursing transparent responsibility and specifies the characteristics of nurses responsible. Expression of these qualities leads nurses to practice, understand the importance of standard care and treatment by a professional nurse helps.
