بررسي ميزان رضايتمندي پرستاران، بيماران و همراهان بيمار از اجراي طرح تحول سلامت در بيمارستان‌هاي آموزشي شهر اهواز سال 1394

Assessment of nurses, patient satisfaction, patient attendants in educational hospitals in Ahvaz city health development plan in 2015

زمينه و هدف: طرح تحول نظام سلامت يكي از خدمات ارزنده دولت يازدهم در حوزه سلامت به شمار مي‌رود. هدف اين مطالعه، بررسي ميزان رضايتمندي پرستاران، بيماران و همراهان از اجراي طرح تحول نظام سلامت در بيمارستان‌هاي آموزشي شهر اهواز در سال 1394 بود. روش ‌بررسي: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصيفي تحليلي است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 300 نفر از پرستاران، 300 بيمار و 300 همراه بيمار از بيمارستان‌هاي آموزشي شهر اهواز بود. نمونه‌گيري به صورت تصادفي ساده انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. نحوه نمره‌دهي به‌صورت ليكرت سه گزينه‌اي (رضايت كامل، رضايت متوسط و ناراضي از اجراي طرح تحول) بود. آناليز داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌هاي آماري توصيفي( ميانگين، انحراف معيار)، آزمون‌هاي آماري تي‌مستقل و آناليز واريانس يكطرفه انجام شد. يافته‌‌ها: ميانگين نمرات رضايت از طرح تحول سلامت بترتيب در پرستاران، همراهان و بيماران 42/6±64/30، 52/7±45/29 و 75/5±65/26 بود. نتايج نشان داد كه 1/83% ناراضي، 4/16% رضايت متوسط و 5/0% كاملاً راضي بودند. ميزان رضايت همراهان بيمار 5/35% ناراضي، 4/55% رضايت متوسط و 1/9% كاملاً راضي بودند. ميزان رضايت بيماران از طرح، 5/33% ناراضي، 5/57% رضايت متوسط و 9% كاملاً راضي بودند. نتيجه‌‌گيري: اكثريت نمونه‌هاي پژوهش (بيمار و همراه) از اجراي طرح تحول نظام سلامت راضي بودند، اما غالب پرستاران از اجراي طرح تحول نظام سلامت ناراضي بودند؛ لذا پيشنهاد مي‌شود اين پژوهش در ساير بيمارستان‌ها نيز انجام شود تا نتايج آن‌ها با هم ديگر مقايسه گردد.

Background and aims: Health system reform plan is one of the valuable services of the eleventh government in the health field. This study aimed to determine of satisfaction of nurses, patients and families of health system reform plan in educational hospitals of Ahvaz, 2015. Methods: This is a descriptive-analytic study. The study population consisted of three hundred nurses, three hundred patients and three hundred families from teaching hospitals in Ahvaz. Simple random sampling was done. The research instrument was a questionnaire made by researcher in three point Likert ranking (complete satisfaction, moderately satisfied and dissatisfied of health system reform plan). Data analyses were done by descriptive statistical tests (mean, standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA and using SPSS). Results: The mean scores of satisfaction from health system reform plan in nurses, families and patients were 30.64±6.42, 29.45±7.52 and 26.65±5.75, respectively. Results showed that 83.1% were dissatisfied of health system reform plan, 16.4% moderately satisfied and 0.5% had complete satisfaction. 35.5% of families were dissatisfied, 55.4% moderate satisfaction and 9.1% had complete satisfaction. Also, 33.5% of patients were dissatisfied, 57.5% moderate satisfaction and 9% had complete satisfaction. Conclusion: The majority of subjects (patients and families) were satisfied with the health system development plan, but the majority of nurses were dissatisfied with health development plan, it is recommended that this research be done in other hospitals as well as its results are compared with each other.
