همكاري هاي پژوهشي و تعاملات استنادي نخبگان علمي: مطالعه برندگان مدال پرايس در حوزه اطلاع سنجي

Research Collaboration and Citation Interactions of Elite Researchers: A Case Study of Price Medalists in Informetrics

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، تحليل شبكه هاي هم ت اليفي و استنادي مستقيم برندگان مدال پرايس در حوزه اطلاع سنجي است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف از نوع كاربردي بوده و با استفاده از شاخص هاي علم سنجي و تحليل شبكه هاي اجتماعي انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 3633 برونداد پژوهشي ت اليف شده توسط 27 نفر از برندگان جايزه پرايس است كه تا زمان گردآوري داده هاي پژوهش در انتهاي سال 2016 ميلادي در پايگاه وب علوم نمايه شده اند. نرم افزار تحليل شبكه يو.سي.آي.نت نيز جهت ترسيم شبكه هاي اجتماعي مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. يافته هاي مربوط به شبكه هم ت اليفي برندگان مدال پرايس حاكي از اين است كه شوبرت، گلنزل و براون مشاركت پذيرترين و فعال ترين گره هاي شبكه محسوب شده و از بالاترين شاخص مركزيت درجه برخوردار بوده اند . از سوي ديگر بيشترين ميزان شاخص بينيت متعلق به گارفيلد، گلنزل و ليدسدورف بوده كه اين افراد نقش مهمي در اتصال گره هاي مختلف و افزايش انسجام و اتصال شبكه ايفا نموده اند. همچنين يافته هاي مربوط به شبكه استنادي مستقيم برندگان مدال يرايس نشان داد كه ليدسدورف، ثلوال، گلنزل، روسو و شوبرت در شبكه نقش مهم و مركزي تري داشته اند. اين افراد از قدرت اجتماعي زيادي جهت تاثيرگذاري در شبكه برخوردار بوده و حذف هر يك از آن ها باعث كاهش انسجام و چندپارگي شبكه مي شود. پژوهش حاضر تصوير روشني از همكاري هاي پژوهشي و تعاملات استنادي ميان نخبگان حوزه اطلاع سنجي را در اختيار ساير پژوهشگران اين حوزه قرار مي دهد.

The present research aimed to analyze co-authorship and direct citation networks of Derek de Solla Price medalists in informetrics. This applied research study was conducted using scientometric and social network analysis indicators. The population of the study was all scholarly output of 27 Price medalists (3633 documents) which indexed in the Web of Science (WoS) by the time of data gathering for the present study. The UCINET software was employed for social networks’ visualization. Results of the study revealed that Shubert, Glanzel, and Braun had the highest degree of centrality and were the most active and visible informaticians with the highest extent of collaboration. On the other hand, the highest betweenness centrality was related to Garfield, Glanzel, and Leydesdorff who played the important role in connecting the various loops and increasing the network’s cohesion and connectedness. The analysis of direct citation network showed that the most central and influential informaticians were Leydesdorff, Thelwall, Glanzel, Rousseau, and Schubert. They have considerable social power in order to influence the social network and their absence leads to decrease network’s cohesion and increase its fragmentation. This research drew a clear portrait of research collaboration and citation interaction of elite informaticians for the research community.
