احياگري تفكر ديني، مطالبات زن مسلمان و خيزش دو تفكر «فمينيسم اسلامي» و «اجتهاد اصولگرا»

بيش از يك قرن است كه احياگران تفكر اسلامي پيوسته در تلاش ­­اند تا زمينه­ ي خيزشي را در بازشناسي انديشه و منش انساني _ عقلاني برگرفته از هويت مستقل اسلامي فراهم كنند و انفعال حاصل از جريان عصر روشنگري را به موضعي فعال و تأثيرگذار مبدل سازند. اين حركت در بازنگري مطالبات و استيفاي حقوق زن مسلمان و پاسخ سنجيده به آن تأثير فراواني داشت و سبب وقوع خيزش­ هاي گوناگوني در درون جوامع ديني شد، اما رويكرد انفعال و فقدان فن استدلال منطقي و اصولي آنها را با چالش­ هايي مواجه كرد كه مستلزم نقد و تحليل و چاره­ انديشي منطقي شد. جريان فكري «فمينيسم اسلامي» اقدامي در راستاي ضرورت فوق براي حل مسائل زن مسلمان بود. برخي انديشوران زن در جوامع اسلامي اين جريان فكري را يك خيزش ناميدند كه با خوانشي متفاوت مسائل زنان را بازانديشي كرده و ادبيات گفتماني آنها رنگ­ و بويي جنسيتي و رويكردي مقابله­ جويانه با تفكرات مردسالار در عرصه­ ي تاريخ و تفسير و حديث و فقه داشت. از طرفي، رويكرد اجتهاد اصولگرا با نگاهي فارغ از جنسيت به تأملات جدي هويتي و با شيوه­ي كلامي و فقهي به بازنگري متناسب با واقعيات و فن استدلال خاص و احياگري در باب مسائل زنان پرداخت. اين نوشتار دو جهت­ گيري متفاوت در بحث احياگري ديني از سوي متفكرين فمينيسم اسلامي و اصولگرايان اسلامي را مطرح كرده و پس از نقد نگرش انفعالي فمينيسم اسلامي و نقيصه­ ي فن استدلال پيشكسوتان آن براساس روند حركت تحولي در جهان اسلام، شيوه­ ي اصولگرايان اجتهادگرا در حل مسائل زنان را تبيين كرده است. همچنين بر راهبرد امام خميني (ره) و تأكيدات رهبر فرزانه در گره­ گشايي فارغ از وابستگي اهتمام نموده و بر ضرورت اقدامات جدي و كلان در تشكيل «مجمع فرا قوهاي نخبگان از زنان» تأكيد كرده است و در نهايت به اهميت دخالت زنان انديشمند مبتني بر فن استدلال متقن و منطق اصولي و لحاظ پيشدانشهاي فقه ي پرداخته تا روشي كارساز و نوين را در حل مسائل اساسي زنان پيشنهاد دهد.

The intellectual flow of "Islamic feminism" was an action in line with the above necessity for solving the problems of the Muslim woman. Some women thinkers in Islamic societies called this trend a rising that, with a different reading, redefined the issues of women, and their discursive literature was gender-based and antithetical with patriarchal thoughts in the field of history, commentary, hadith, and jurisprudence. On the other hand, the principled ijtihad approach, with a glance from gender, to serious reflections on identity and in a theological and jurisprudential approach to rethinking the specific facts and techniques of specific reasoning and revival of women's issues. This paper presents two different orientations in the discussion of religious revival by the thinkers of Islamic feminism and Islamic fundamentalists. After criticizing the passive attitude of Islamic feminism and the disadvantage of its pioneering reasoning based on the evolutionary process of the Islamic world, the methodology of ijtihadogarist fundamentalists in solving the problems of women has been explained. It also focuses on the strategy of Imam Khomeini and our bright leader on establishing an association independent of affiliation and emphasizes the need for serious and massive measures in the formation of the "Exalted Assembly of Women's Elites" Finally, the importance of the involvement of thoughtful women based on the principle of sound reasoning and the logic of the principles and jurisprudential jurisprudence has been discussed in order to provide a workable and modern way of solving the basic problems of women.
