بررسي تطبيقي امكانات و قابليت هاي نرم افزارهاي كتابخانه اي ديجيتال سيمرغ و گرين استون

A Comparative Study of Digital Library softwares features of simorgh and Grynastvn

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تطبيق امكانات و قابليت‌هاي دو نرم‌افزار تجاري (سيمرغ) و كدمنبع باز (گرين‌استون) بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر شيوه گردآوري داده‌ها از نوع اسنادي و پيمايشي ارزيابانه بود. روش گردآوري داده‌ها از طريق مطالعه منابع كتابخانه‌اي و تنطيم سياهه وارسي شامل 15 معيار و 230 زير معيار براي ارزيابي دو نرم‌افزار كتابخانه ديجيتال سيمرغ و گرين‌استون بود. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه نرم افزار گرين استون در معيارهاي ويژگي‌هاي فني، استانداردهاي ورودي و خروجي، فراداده‌اي و پشتيباني از پروتكل‌ها وضعيت بهتري نسبت به سيمرغ دارد. اما در زيرمعيار قابليت‌هاي نمايش وضعيت سيمرغ بهتر از گرين استون است. نتيجه‌گيري: به‌طور كلي مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه نرم‌افزار كتابخانه ديجيتال گرين‌استون بيش از دو برابر نرم‌افزار كتابخانه ديجيتال سيمرغ معيارهاي اصلي يك نرم افزار مناسب را دارد و نقطه اوج اين اختلاف در معيارهاي فني و استانداردهاي ورودي و خروجي است.

Aim: The Aim of the study is a comparative analysis of the services and capabilities of commercial software (Simorgh) and open-source software Greenstone.Methods: This study is based on the Documentary research and Evaluation survey, with a practical purpose. Methods of collecting data were using library resources and planning check list, including 5 criteria and 103 sub-criteria. These materials were used for evaluation of both software. APH method was used to rate those criteria and sub-criteria. The research community was Simorgh and Greenstone. Results: The research findings showed that the Greenstone software has a better status than Simorgh in terms of technical characteristics, input and output standards, metadata, and protocol support. But in the sub-standard, the Simorgh status display is better than Greenstone. Conclusion: It can be concluded that digital library software Grynastvn more than double the main criteria for Phoenix Digital Library software is an appropriate application an‎d the culmination of this difference in technical standards and the standards of the input and output.
