چكيده فارسي :
در جوامع پيچيده امروزي گردشگري شهري، جهت نيل به تعادلي پايدار ميان نيازهاي جوامع محلي، حفظ محيط زيست و ارتقاء سطح كيفيت زندگي، نيازمند شكل گيري يك نظام مديريتي قوي شهري با نگرش سيستمي و با تأكيد بر توسعه پايدار شهري مي باشد. بر اين اساس، اين تحقيق نقش مديريت شهري در توسعه گردشگري پايدار شهر نور را بعنوان يكي از قطب هاي گردشگري ساحلي در استان مازندران مورد بررسي قرار داده است. هدف از اين تحقيق شناخت ابعاد اقتصادي، اجتماعي و اكولوژي گردشگري شهري در راستاي زمينه سازي جهت برنامه ريزي و مديريت پايدار گردشگري شهر ساحلي نور و تعيين و ارائۀ راهكارهاي عملي براي توسعۀ گردشگري شهر مذكور و به طور كلي "ايجاد توسعۀ پايدار شهرهاي ساحلي حسب گردشگري" براي ساير شهرهاي ساحلي كشور مي باشد. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي - تحليلي و در آن گردآوري داده ها بر پايه پرسشنامه هايي مي باشد كه جامعه آماري آن شامل256 نفر از شهروندان و تمامي جامعه مديران شهري به تعداد 50 نفر بوده است. براي تعيين حجم نمونه از جدول كرجسي و مورگان استفاده و انتخاب ها به شيوه تصادفي ساده بوده و جهت تحليل آمار گردآوري شده از نرم افزارSPSS و از روش هاي آماري از قبيل آزمون T تكنمون هاي استفاده گرديده است. نتايج حاصل از آزمون T تكنمون هاي نشان داده است كه از نگاه پاسخگويان، وضعيت موجود شاخص هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي- فرهنگي و زيست محيطي گردشگري در شهر نور نامطلوب بوده و در راستاي توسعه گردشگري پايدار نمي باشد. همچنين نتايج حاصل در بررسي عملكرد مديريت شهري نور نيز نشان از ضعف عملكرد مديران شهري در توسعه گردشگري پايدار اين شهر داشته است.

The population sample of citizens, using Morgan random sampling method, the number of 265 Person Was selected, but limited due to the small population city managers data, was requirements through all the numbers.(50 Person). The reliability of the questionnaire, using Cronbach's alpha equal to 0/86 respectively. and its validity was evaluated by the teachers and academic experts. analyze and describe two methods to analyze data collected from consists of two parts:was descriptive statistics (frequency, relative percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics(A single-sample t test). The results of the t test One sample showed that respondents view status indicators, economic, social, cultural and environmental sustainability of tourism in the City of Lights unsuitable and Tourism development is not sustainable. The results of one-sample t-test showed that the performance of urban management, urban management, sustainable tourism development in the light indicated. Finally, based on the findings of research proposals towards a more prominent role in urban management and sustainable development of tourism in the coastal city of light was presented.
