لزوم توجه به اثبات متن حديث قبل از ورود به فقه الحديث از ديدگاه شيخ حر عاملي در الفوائد الطوسيه

The Necessity of Paying Attention to the Proving of the Text of Hadith before Entering the Fiq Al-Hadith according to HorrAmeli in Al-Fawāed Al-Tusiyyah

فقه‌ الحديث از ارزشمندترين علوم اسلامي است، زيرا حديث در اسلام، دومين منبع فراگيري دين محسوب مي‌شود و بدون آشنايي با سنت نمي‌توان اسلام را شناخت. فقه‌ الحديث ما را با معناي متون احاديث آشنا مي‌سازد، ولي مراجعه به متون احاديث، بدون توجه به مباني لازم، امكان انحراف را در پي خواهد داشت. از اين‌ رو، تلاش‌هاي فراواني از سوي علماي مسلمان براي تدوين قواعد و مباني فهم صحيح از روايات صورت گرفته كه علم اصول فقه، نشانگر بخشي از اين تلاش‌هاست. برخي از محققان حديث نيز در هنگام شرح روايات، روش و قواعدي به كار برده‌اند كه استخراج آن‌ها مي‌تواند ما را با شيوه‌، ضوابط و مباني فقه‌ الحديث آشنا سازد. يكي از اين كتب، الفوائد الطوسيه از شيخ حر عاملي است. اين كتاب با عنايت به شخصيت علمي مؤلّف و تبيين و توضيح روايات مشكل، اهميت ويژه‌اي دارد و در آن، نكات و تحقيقات و دقت‌ها و نيز پاسخ شبهات و مغالطاتي وجود دارد كه در كتب ديگر كمتر يافت مي‌شود. يكي از مباني مورد توجه شيخ حر در اين كتاب، اثبات متن حديث است. اين قاعده مهم‌ترين اصولي است كه در فقه‌ الحديث بايد رعايت شود. در اين مقاله، با مطالعه اين كتاب به روش تحليلي‌ـ توصيفي، اين قاعده تبيين و موارد توجه شيخ حر به اين قاعده، استخراج و تبيين شده است.

One of the most important Islamic sciences is Fiq al-hadith. Hadith is the second source of knowing Islam without which this Divine religion cannot be understood. Fiqh al-hadith helps us to recognize the meanings of hadiths. On the other hand, using the texts of hadiths without being familiar with special necessary foundations may cause deviation. Accordingly, Islamic scholars tried hard to codify some rules and bases for correct understanding of narrations and hadiths.The science of jurisprudence is a part of their attempts.Some scholars of hadith have used methods and rules for explaining the narrations, and if we extract them, then we can be familiar with the criteria and foundations of Fiq al-Hadith.One of the books in this realm is Al-Fawāed Al-Tusiyyah written by HorrAmeli.The author is an important and famous person who explained the difficult narrations. For this reason, the book has got a special significance and place. In this work, one can find novelty of ideas and replies to objections and fallacies which cannot be found in other works. One of the foundations to which Sheikh Horr pays attention a lot is the proving of the hadith text. This is the most important principle that should be observed in the science of the Fiq Al-hadith.In this article, we study the book in an expository-analytical method, and finally explain the mentioned rule and the points to which Sheikh Horr has paid attention.
