تأثير محيط قانوني بر بلوغ سازماني وزارت ورزش و جوانان

The impact of the regulatory environment on organizational maturity in the Ministry of Sport and Youth

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي تاثير محيط قانوني بر بلوغ سازماني در وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه ها با سابقه مديريت در ورزش، مديران وزارت ورزش و جوانان و كارشناسان خبره در واحدهاي ستادي و تابعه و مديران فدراسيون­ هاي ورزشي به تعداد 300 نفر بودند كه همه آنها به صورت كل شمار براي نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. براي دست­يابي به اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامه­ هاي استاندارد بلوغ سازماني سلطاني و همكاران (1389) و محيط قانوني نيك نژاد (1394) استفاده شد. روايي هر دو پرسشنامه به تاييد 8 تن از متخصصين رسيد و پايايي آن­ها در يك مطالعه مقدماتي با 30 آزمودني به ترتيب 0/83 و 0/86 محاسبه شد. براي تحليل اطلاعات جمع­آوري شده از روش­هاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي از جمله ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون و معادلات ساختاري با كمك دو نرم افزار SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بين تمامي ابعاد محيط قانوني با ابعاد بلوغ در سازمان به جز بلوغ سازماني با بُعد ثبات و اخلاق محوري از ابعاد محيط قانوني ارتباط مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين محيط قانوني مي تواند تاثير مثبت و معناداري برابر با 0/216 بر بلوغ در سازمان داشته باشد. در آخر محيط قانوني قابليت پيش­بيني 45 درصد از واريانس بلوغ در سازمان را دارد.

Today, many organizations attempt to evolution in their processes have become more mature, Given the importance of the regulatory environment as one of the environments affecting organizations This study aimed to influence the regulatory environment on organizational maturity in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The population of the research faculty of the University Sports Management who manage or work at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, sports federations or ministry of sport and youth have, Vice-Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Sport and Youth Administrators Staff, directors of provincial departments of Youth and Sports), the heads of sports federations and experts form the Youth and Sports Ministry, Which are approximately 300 people and due to the limited sample population was considered as a whole. a questionnaire of organizational maturity and legal environment questionnaire was used as research tools, content and face validity was confirmed by experts and professors and advisors and using Cronbach's alpha, the reliability of the instrument was appropriate. To analyze the data collected from the test, Pearson correlation and simple linear regression analysis (same method) with the help of SPSS version 22 software AMOS was used to evaluate the model. According to the findings, the highest correlation coefficient between heterogeneity components regulatory environment with individual maturity and integrity of the individual maturity there.also The results also showed that an acceptable regulatory environment can be positive and significant effect on maturity equal to 0.216 in the organization. The coefficient of determination obtained indicates that 45% of mature legal environment in the organization-is explained. Therefore, due to a maturing relationship between the components of the regulatory environment in the organization, It is suggested that managers clearly identify the components of the regulatory environment, and if we change them, their maturity has undergone positive changes.
