بررسي موانع مشاركت كاركنان نيروهاي مسلح شهر ياسوج در فعاليت هاي ورزشي طبق مدل سلسله مراتب عوامل بازدارنده اوقات فراغت

Investigating the Armed Forces Personnel's Constraints to Participation in Sport Activities in Yasouj Based on the Hierarchy Model of Leisure Constraints

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي موانع مشاركت كاركنان نيروهاي مسلح شهر ياسوج در فعاليتهاي ورزشي طبق مدل سلسله مراتب عوامل بازدارنده اوقات فراغت كراوفورد، گادبي و جكسون (1991) بود. اين پژوهش با هدف كاربردي و با روش توصيفي-پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه كاركنان سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامي و نيروي انتظامي شهر ياسوج هستند كه از ميان آنها 339 نفر به عنوان نمونه و با استفاده از نمونهگيري تصادفي طبقهاي انتخاب و به وسيله پرسش‌نامه كارول و آلكساندريس (1997) مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. روايي محتوايي بوده و پايايي پرسش‌نامه از طريق الفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 0/78 برآورد شد. براي تحليل دادهها از آزمون هاي مجذور كاي و كروسكال واليس استفاده شد. طبق نتايج پژوهش، مدل سلسله مراتبي اوقات فراغت در بين كاركنان نيروهاي مسلح شهر ياسوج نشان داد كه اولويت هاي اين مدل به ترتيب عبارتند از عوامل بازدارنده ساختاري، موانع بازدارنده فردي و عوامل بازدارنده بين فردي است.

the present study aimed at investigating the armed forces personnel's constraints on participating in sport activities in Yasouj based on the hierarchy model of leisure constraints (Crawford, Godbey and Jackson, 1991). This study is of an applied and descriptive-survey research type. The statistical population of the study included all employees Islamic Revolutionary Guards and the police in Yasouj. Of these, 339 individuals were selected as the samples of the study using stratified random sampling method and then evaluated through Carol and Alex Andreas (1997) questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire has already been confirmed. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha (α=.78). For data analysis, Chi-square and Kruskal-Wallis tests were employed. According to the obtained results, the hierarchy model of leisure constraints among the armed forces personnel in Yasouj indicated the priorities of this model as follows: constructive constraints, personal constraints, and interpersonal constraints.
