Philosophy of Gender Differences In The Realm Of Justice Of God

بحث «عدل» از مباحث گسترده و پردامنه در فرهنگ اسلام و از ضروريات مذهب شيعه به شمار مي رود. از دلايل مهم اين امر، تاكيد فراوان قرآن كريم بر معيار و ميزان بودن «عدل» در ساحت هاي مختلف اعتقاد، اخلاق و عمل، در اقسام الهي و انساني است. «عدل الهي» در زمره صفات خداوند است كه براساس آموزه هاي قرآني، در دو نظام تكوين و تشريع تسري يافته است. يكي از مباحث بنيادين كه در ارتباط با «عدل الهي» همواره مورد سوال و سنجش قرار ميگيرد، بحث از «فلسفه تفاوتها» است از جمله تفاوتهاي جنسيتي كه از انواع تفاوتهاي غيرقابل انكار موجود در نظام آفرينش موجودات است و در مورد انسان، داراي منشا طبيعي و تكويني، و آثاري اجتماعي و تشريعي است و به اين دليل، اهميتي دو چندان يافته است. اين پژوهش، مبتني بر آموزه هاي قرآني، به بررسي فلسفه اين تفاوتها در نظامات تكوين و تشريع، از منظر عدل الهي پرداخته است.

the subject of “Justice of God” is of the widespread and broad topics in Islamic culture and is of essentialities of Shia. One of the main reasons of this issue is the emphasis of holy Quran on the fact that “Justice” is the scale and criterion in all domains of belief, ethics and deeds. “Justice of God” is among those attributes of God which are included in both systems of “Takvin” and “Tashri’” according to the teachings of God. One of the fundamental issues in relation to “ Justice of God” which is the subject of analysis and questioning is the issue of “philosophy of differences” such as the gender differences which of undeniable differences in the world of creation. Regarding human beings, the differences are natural-based and resulted in social influences and due to this, the issue receives more importance. The present article studied the philosophy of these differences in the system of Takvin and Tashri based on Justice of God.
