با توجه به محدوديت منابع سازماني و نظر به اين‌كه اجراي همه راهبردها به‌طور هم‌زمان و كامل به منابع زيادي نياز دارد، اولويت‌بندي راهبردها امري ضروري است كه بر ايجاد و برقراري پيوستگي بين اقدامات اولويت‌دار با در نظر داشتن ضعف و قوت (توانايي‌ها و منابع)، هم‌چنين فرصت‌ها و تهديدات (عوامل خارجي و جريان‌هاي تأثيرگذار) تكيه دارد؛ از اين‌رو، هدف از اين مطالعه، رتبه‌بندي راهبردهاي آماد و پشتيباني يك سازمان نظامي است. در اين راستا، مي‌توان از روش فرايند تحليل سلسله‌مراتبي كه يكي از روش‌هاي مناسب تصميم‌گيري چندمعياره است، راهبردهاي آماد و پشتيباني را رتبه‌بندي و در نهايت اولويت‌بندي آنها را تعيين كرد. در اين پژوهش، با استفاده از نظرات شش نفر از كارشناسان و خبرگان امر راهبرد در آماد و پشتيباني، رتبه‌بندي راهبردها با در نظر گرفتن منطق چند ارزشي فازي انجام گرفته است. نتايج حاصل از يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه اولويت‌بندي راهبردهاي آماد و پشتيباني با استفاده از تكنيك فرايند تحليل سلسله‌مراتبي فازي به‌صورت زير است؛ دانش‌بنيان شدن، توانمند‌سازي نيروي انساني، استاندارد‌سازي و يكنواخت‌سازي، بستر‌سازي انجام فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي، مشتري‌مداري، نت بهره‌ور فراگير، توسعه سيستم‌هاي مكانيزه، پياده‌سازي سامانه يكپارچه تأمين، پياده‌سازي سامانه يكپارچه توزيع، پياده‌سازي ذخيره‌سازي، بهبود توان تحرك.

Given the limited organizational resources and the fact that the simultaneous and full implementation of all strategies requires many resources, prioritization of strategies is necessary and relies upon establishing a connection among the priority actions with regard to weaknesses and strengths (abilities and resources), and also opportunities and threats (external factors and influential factors); hence, the purpose of this study is to rank the logistic strategies and a military organization. In this regard, the hierarchical analysis process method, which is one of the most appropriate methods for multi-criteria decision making, can be used to rank the logistic strategies, and ultimately prioritize them. In this research, using the views of six appropriate experts and informants of strategy in logistics, the ranking of strategies was carried out taking into account the fuzzy multivariate logic. The results of the research findings suggest that prioritizing logistic strategies using the fuzzy hierarchy process analysis technique is as follows: becoming knowledge-based, empowerment of human resource, standardization and uniformity, establishment of economic activities, customer orientation, comprehensive and productive maintenance and repair, development of mechanized systems, implementation of integrated supply system, implementation of integrated distribution system, implementation of storage, mobility enhancement.
