چكيده فارسي :
امروزه محيط كسب و كار موجبات بروز سطح بالايي از عدم اطمينان و رفتارهاي آشفته در زنجيره هاي تأمين را فراهم كرده است. زنجيره هاي تأمين با چالش ها و تهديدهاي بزرگي همچون حوادث طبيعي (سيل، زلزله، طوفان، آتش سوزي)، حملات سايبري، تحريم، اختلالات در سيستم تأمين، توليد و توزيع و ... روبرو هستند. از اين رو، مديريت زنجيره تأمين از نظر انواع فرآيندهاي حقوقي، راهبردي، سازماني و ديدگاههاي رقابتي بررسي مي شود. با اين حال، نقش واكنش هاي زنجيره تأمين جهاني به عنوان اهرمي مهم براي غلبه بر اختلالات شديد زنجيره تأمين، به اندازه كافي مورد بررسي قرار نگرفته است. از اين رو، نياز به فرآيند ترميم زنجيره تامين براي مواجهه با سطوح پيچيدگي بالا، اتفاقات غيرقابل پيشبيني و تهديدات ميباشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مروري بر مفاهيم مطرح شده در ارتباط با اين حوزه، براساس مطالعات شركتهاي توليدي در كشورهاي داراي تهديد و چالش در زنجيره تامين است. اين تحقيق درباره فرآيند ترميم زنجيره تأمين پس از بلاياي شديد طبيعي و اختلالات بشري بحث ميكند و از نظر برنامه‌ريزي براي بلايا و حصول واكنش ها، درسهاي زنجيره تأمين را منعكس مي كند. قابليت هاي بحراني از اطلاعات زنجيره تأمين، قابليت ترابري و پراكندگي در اين مقاله بررسي شده است. با توجه به افزايش آگاهي از موارد مزبور، هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي خطرات زنجيره تامين در جزئيات بيشتر و بررسي آسيب پذيري زنجيره تامين است. اين مطالعه نشان مي دهد چگونه شركت هاي توليدي به زلزله‌ها، سونامي، تهديدها، چالشها و فجايع پاسخ داده اند.

Today, the business environment has created a high level of uncertainty and turbulent behavior in supply chains. Supply chains face major challenges and threats such as natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, fires), cyberattacks, sanctions, supply chain disruptions, production and distribution, and so on. Hence, supply chain management is examined in terms of the types of legal, strategic, organizational, and competitive perspectives. However, the role of the global supply chain response has not been adequately addressed as an important lever to overcome severe supply chain disruptions. Hence, the need for a supply chain repair process to face high levels of complexity, unpredictable events, and threats. The purpose of this study is to review the concepts discussed in this area, based on the studies of manufacturing companies in the countries facing the threat and challenge in the supply chain. This research discusses the supply chain repair process after severe natural disasters and human disorders, and reflects the supply chain lessons in terms of disaster planning and response. The critical capabilities of supply chain information, transport capability, and dispersion are reviewed in this paper. Given the increased awareness of the above, the purpose of this study is to examine the supply chain risks in more detail and to examine the vulnerability of the supply chain. This study shows how manufacturing companies responded to earthquakes, tsunamis, threats, challenges and disasters.
