چكيده فارسي :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي اثر بخشي برنامه مداخلات روان شناختي خانواده محور بر سلامت روان، و رضامندي زوجيت و وزن تولد نوزادان مادران باردار در شهر قزوين ميباشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع آزمايشي با طرح پيش آزمون – پس آزمون بود كه بررسي 50 مادر باردار در شهر قزوين در سال 1394 انجام شد. آزمودني ها از طريق نمونهگيري در دسترس انتخاب و بهطور تصادفي به دو گروه 25 نفري آزمايش و كنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمايش 15 جلسه 9 دستهاي تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. جهت جمع آوري دادهها از مقياسهاي رضامندي زوجيت افروز و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومي GHQE4 استفاده گرديد. براي تجزيه و تحليل دادهها از آزمون تحليل كوواريانس استفاده شدهاست. مقايسه ميانگين گروه آزمايش پس از مداخله در زمينه سلامت روان و رضامندي زوجيت ( 0/011>P ) به نظر ميرسد مداخلات روانشناختي ميتواند موجب بهبود سلامت روان و رضامندي زوجيت و افزايش وزن نوزادان به هنگام تولد گردد.
چكيده لاتين :
This study was conducted to aim at determining the efficacy of the family-based psychological intervention plans on mental health, marital satisfaction and the pregnant mothers' infants' birth weight in Ghazvin. This research was carried out based on a Quasi-experimental research with pre and post-test exam in which 50 pregnant mothers were chosen based on convenience sampling. The subjects were randomly divided into two 25-person groups_ an intervention group and a control one_ the intervention group was trained and asked to take part in a 15-session family-based psychological intervention training course. However, this training course was not implemented to the control group. The tools used in this research were Afrooz Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire (AMSQ), and the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). The collected data were analyzed using Analysis of Covariance. Results revealed that, after intervention, the average score of marital, mental health and infants' birth weight satisfaction were significantly higher than that of control group. Also, implementing family-based psychological intervention plans training course seemed to have positive and substantial effects on all minor marital satisfaction scales (spouses' ideal thinking, marital satisfaction, personal behaviors, communicational and social behaviors, problem solving method, financial affairs and economic activities, feeling in religious behaviors, parenting or child rearing method, leisure time, feeling interaction_ verbal & visual_ , physical symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, social efficiency, and depression). Family-based psychological intervention plans improved pregnant mothers' situations and positively affected on the infants' birth weight. Thus, performing appropriate plans for implementing such training courses to pregnant mothers is of great importance.
