تحليل سنجش ابعاد احساس امنيت گردشگران در شهرهاي مرزي (مورد مطالعه: شهر مريوان)

Assessing and Analyzing Tourists' Sense of Security in Border Cities Case Study: Marivan City

احساس امنيت، كه به سنجش ذهني افراد مي پردازد، امروزه داراي وسعت زيادي است و با شاخصه هاي مختلفي سنجيده مي-شود. افراد تا زماني كه احساس امنيت نداشته باشند در فضاهاي شهري حضور پيدا نخواهند كرد. اين مفهوم در شهرهاي مرزي، كه آميزه اي از شرايط اقتصادي، اجتماعي، سياسي و فرهنگي كشورهاي هم‌جوار را نيز پذيرفته اند، داراي اهميت ويژهاي است. وجود احساس ناامني ميتواند تأثير بازدارندهاي در رونق صنعت گردشگري داشته باشد. شهر مريوان نيز، كه در استان كردستان و غرب كشور واقع شده است، از كانون هاي اصلي جذب گردشگران در كشور به شمار مي رود. به همين دليل اين پژوهش ارتباط ميان امنيت و توسعه گردشگري در اين شهر را مورد بررسي قرار داده است. روش پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي و شيوه جمع آوري داده ها به صورت كتابخانه اي و ميداني مي باشد. تعداد 150نفر از گردشگران ورودي به شهر مريوان به صورت روش نمونه گيري غيرتصادفي در دسترس انتخاب و بااستفاده از آزمونهاي T-test و اسپرمن تحليل شدهاند. نتايج پژوهش گوياي آن است كه شاخص كل امنيت با مقدار 3.67 داراي وضعيت نسبتاً مطلوبي است و فقط در زيرشاخص امنيت جاده اي ميانگين 2.71 بهدست آمده كه نشان دهنده امنيت نامطلوب است. همبستگي ميان كل امنيت و توسعه گردشگري به صورت مثبت و معنادار با ضريب 0.459 محاسبه شده است. درنهايت، پيشنهاد‌هايي مانند ارتقاي امنيت جادهاي و حفاظت از جان گردشگران در مسيرهاي برون‌شهري در راستاي يافته هاي پژوهش ارايه شده است.

Nowadays, the sense of security which consists of a mental assessment of individuals has a broad range of meaning. It is assessed according to diverse criteria. Individuals will not appear in urban spaces as long as they do not feel a sense of security. This concept is highly significant in border towns since they are influenced by the economic, social, political and cultural conditions of adjacent countries. A sense of insecurity may leave a hindering impact on the development of tourism industry. Marivan city located in Kurdistan province in the west of Iran is considered to be one of the major centers in tourists’ attraction in the country. Therefore, this study investigates the relationship between security and the development of tourism in Marivan city. The methodology is descriptive-analytical. Field-library method is used for collecting data. 150 tourists entering the town were selected through non-random available sampling. T-test and Spearman tests were utilized for analyzing the data. The results indicated that the overall index of security equal to 3.67 has a relatively optimum condition. An average of 2.74 for the sub-index of road security showed that it is not optimum. In addition, tourism development index with an average of 4.16 has an optimum condition. The correlation between the overall security and the development of tourism was calculated with a coefficient of 0.459 in a positive and significant manner. Ultimately, suggestions such as improving road security and protecting the lives of tourists on suburban routes have been made in line with the findings of the present study.
