تحليل رويكرد پدافند غيرعامل در مكان‌گزيني روستاها با تأكيد بر مؤلفه‌هاي طبيعي(موردمطالعه: بخش مركزي شهرستان لارستان)

Analysis of Passive Defense Approach in Rural Location with an Emphasis on Natural Factors; Case Study: Central District of Larestan

پدافند غيرعامل شامل اقداماتي است كه بدون استفاده از تسليحات ميزان خسارات مالي و انساني ناشي از حملات نظامي را كاهش دهد. بر اين مبنا، بررسي و ارزيابي مكان‌گزيني مراكز جمعيتي بر اساس اصول و معيارهاي پدافند غيرعامل از ضرورت‌هاي برنامه‌ريزي و طراحي‌هاي مسكوني است. در اين پژوهش، بر مبناي معيارهاي پدافند غيرعامل به بررسي مكان‌گزيني روستاهاي بخش مركزي شهرستان لارستان پرداخته‌شده است. جامعه آماري تعداد (9) روستاي اصلي واقع در بخش مركزي شهرستان لارستان است. به‌منظور تحليل داده‌ها و رده‌بندي روستاها بر اساس اصول پدافند غيرعامل، از مدل AHP استفاده و براي اجراي اين مدل نرم‌افزار Expert Choice به كار گرفته شد. در انتخاب شاخص‌ها بنا بر هدف پژوهش، بر معيارهاي طبيعي تأكيد شده، بررسي‌ها بر محور هفت معيار انجام‌گرفته و سرانجام به رده‌بندي روستاها بر مبناي اصول پدافند غيرعامل اقدام شده است. نتيجه پژوهش نشان داد كه روستاي كرمستج در جنوب شرقي لار، بهترين وضعيت را ازلحاظ رعايت معيارهاي پدافند غيرعامل دارد. در مرتبه بعدي، روستاي درز در شرق بخش مركزي لارستان است و در آخرين رتبه، روستاي شاه‌غيب قرار مي‌گيرد.

Passive defense is defined as conducting any measures which reduce human and financial losses of military attacks, without use of weapons. Therefore, one of the necessities in planning and designing of residential areas is evaluation of locating the human settlements based on the principles and criteria of passive defense. In this research, locating villages of the central district in city of Larestan is studied based on the criteria of passive defense. Population is 9 main villages of the central district in city of Larestan. AHP model was employed to analyze the data and ranking villages based on principles of passive defense. Expert Choice software was used to implement this model. Regarding the objective of the study, the emphasis was on the natural factors. The study was based on seven criteria, and finally, the villages were ranked based on principles of passive defense. The results illustrated that Karmostaj , a village in southeastern of Lar, has by far the best standards regarding passive defense principals and Dorz, a village located in east of Larestan, is in second rank; while village of Shahgheib is the least compatible one with passive defense principals.
