اثر مكمل قرص و كپسول آهسته رهش و تزريق هورمون گونادوتروپين ها بر دوقلوزايي، وزن تولد و وزن از شيرگيري بزغاله هاي كركي رائيني

The Effect of Slow-Release Mineral Supplements and eCG Injection on Twining, Birth Weight and Weaning Weigh to Fluffy Raeini Goats

اين تحقيق به منظور بررسي اثر قرص و كپسول مواد معدني آهسته رهش بر بازده توليدمثلي، دوقلوزايي و وزن از شيرگيري بزغاله هاي كركي رائيني در شهرستان بافت استان كرمان اجرا شد. تعداد 306 راس بز كركي رائيني به طور تصادفي انتخاب و به هشت تيمار تقسيم شدند و جهت هم زمان كردن فحلي بزها سيدرگذاري شدند. تيمارها عبارت بودند از: 1 و 2)تيمار شاهد با تزريق هورمون eCG و عدم تزريق، 3 و 4) تيمار مصرف كننده يك قرص آهسته رهش با تزريق هورمون eCG و عدم تزريق، 5 و 6) تيمار مصرف كننده دو قرص آهسته رهش با تزريق هورمون eCG و عدم تزريق و 6 و 8) تيمار مصرف كننده يك كپسول مواد معدني و ويتاميني با تزريق هورمون eCG و عدم تزريق. نتايج نشان داد كه مكمل قرص و كپسول سبب كاهش بازده توليدمثلي شدند، اما بر دوقلوزايي تاثير مثبتي داشتند (0/001>p)، ولي تاثير آنها بر وزن تولد و وزن از شيرگيري بزغاله ها معني دار نبود. اثر هورمون بردوقلوزايي ، وزن تولد بزغاله ها (0/045=p) و وزن از شيرگيري بزغاله ها معني دار بود (0/028=p). تاثير امتياز وضعيت بدن بز هاي مادر بر دوقلوزايي، وزن تولد (0/001

This study was carried out investigate the effect of slow-release blous on reproductive efficiency, twinning and weaning weight. 306 female Cashmere Raeini goats were selected randomly and divided into eight treatments. Treatments were: 1and 2) control with and without injection eCG, 3 and 4) Consumption one slow-release blolus with and without injection eCG, 5 and 6) Consumption two slowrelease boluses with and without injection eCG and7 and 8) Consumption one minerals and vitamin capsules with and without injection eCG. To synchronize estrus, ciders were installed in goats and eCG hormone injected in a half of goats. The results showed that reproductive efficiency were reduced with slow-release bolus and capsule supplements. But they had significant effect on twinning (p<0.001), but There wasn't significant effect on birth weight and weaning weight, effect of hormone injected was significant on twining (p<0.001), birth weight (p=0.045) and weaning weight (P=0.028). Body condition score (BCS) of male goat had significant effect on twinning (P<0.001), birth weight (P<0.001) and weaning (P<0.001). Female goat's age hadn't significant effects on twinning and birth weight and kids weaning weight. But sex of kids had a significant on kids weaning weight (P<0.001). Twinning was increased by using slow-release bolus and capsule, but the increase in liher size was neutralized by decreased reproductive efficiency in female goats
