A study on Christian fundamentalism focusing on the affect of religion on politics in U. S. A.

بنيادگرايي جنبشي مذهبي است كه بازگشت به اصول و بنيادها را مفروض گرفته و عمدتاً خواستار عبور از مدرنيسم و بازگشت به سنت‌هاست. تصلب، تأكيد بر جامعيت دين، مخالفت با سكولاريسم و تأكيد بر خشونت جهت پيش‌برد اهداف، از وي‍‍‍ژگي‌هاي اصلي جريان‌هاي بنيادگرا و از جمله بنيادگرايي مسيحي است. جنبش‌هاي بنيادگرا با چنين رويكردي درصدد تأثيرگذاري بر محيط پيرامون خود بوده‌اند. تحقيق حاضر به بررسي تأثير آموزه‌هاي بنيادگرايي مسيحي بر سياست ايالات متحده آمريكا در دو حوزه سياست خارجي و سياست داخلي خواهد پرداخت.

Being a religious movement, fundamentalism has presumed returning to principles and fundamentals and sought to across from modernism and back to traditions. Atherosclerosis, emphasizing on the centrality of religion, opposing with secularism and emphasizing on violence to reach to the goals are the main features of any form of fundamentalism, including Christian fundamentalism. Such approach leads the fundamentalist movements toward having influence on their surroundings. The effect of the teachings of Christian fundamentalism on American's policy in the field of foreign policy and internal policy is to be studied in this paper.
