جايگاه مصلحت در سيره و سخن امام علي (ع)

The position of expediency in Imam Ali`s way of life and speech

اسلام دين خاتم است و اين امر مستلزم ظرفيت اين دين آسماني در پاسخ به نيازهاي بشر در همه زمان‌ها، مكان‌ها و شرايط مختلف است. بخش عظيمي از اين ظرفيت معلول اصل مهم مصلحت حكيمانه و منطبق با فطرت است. در سيره و سخنان امام علي(ع) اين اصل مهم از جايگاه ويژه‌اي برخوردار است به گونه‌اي كه با استناد به آن مي‌توان به رهيافت‌هاي نويني در اين‌باره نائل شد. مصلحت شامل مصالح دين و جامعه هر دو مي‌شود. شيوه مصلحت‌يابي حضرت از طريق مشورت، نصيحت، امر به معروف و نهي از منكر و بهره‌گيري از تجربه و دانش متخصصان انجام مي‌گيرد. مصالح عامه، حكومتي و قانوني، سازماني و حرفه‌اي و مصالح شخصي، انواعي از مصلحت است كه آن حضرت مورد توجه و تأكيد قرار داده است

Islam is the Seal of religions, therefore, it is of the necessary capacity needed to respond all human needs at all times, places and different conditions. Large part of this potentiality is affected by the important principle of wise expediencies and having consistency with the nature. This important principle has a special place in the conduct and speeches of Imam Ali (a. s.) so that, a new approach in this regard can be attained. Expediencies include both religious and social ones. The Imam's method of grasping expediency was through consultation, advice, ordering the good and preventing the bad, as well as getting benefits from the experience and knowledge of the specialists of the filed. Public, governmental and legal expediencies as well as organizational, professional and personal expediencies are of various kind being paid attention and emphasized by Imam Ali (a.s.)
