چكيده فارسي :
هرمنوتيك يا روش تفسيري، با عمري همپاي انسان، همواره در عصر باستان و قرون وسطي، به مدد تفسير انسان در تحليل طبيعت و متن آمده است، اما، هرمنوتيك به عنوان روشي علمي براي درك نيت مؤلف يا گوينده، به قرون جديد و به ويژه به عصر روشنگري قرن هجدهم در غرب برمي‌گردد و پس از آن، به شيوه‌اي مطرح و قابل توجه در تحليل حوادث در عرصه علوم انساني تبديل شد، ولي با وجود ادعاي هرمنوتيك مبني بر تلاش در رفع خلاء حوزه‌هاي تحقيق‌ناپذير علوم انساني، چندان نتوانسته است عطش علوم انساني براي راه يافتن به بطن وقايع و تحليل آن را تأمين نمايد، لذا اين سؤال مطرح مي‌شود: چرا هرمنوتيك با وجود برخورداري از قدمت تاريخي و بهره‌مندي از داده‌هاي علمي طي قرون جديد، نتوانسته ناتواني روش‌هاي تجربي در تحليل پديده‌هاي سياسي را برطرف نمايد؟ اين سؤالي است كه مقاله حاضر در پي پاسخ به آن است.
چكيده لاتين :
As a method which assisted the human to interpretably look at the nature as well as the texts in the ancient and the Middle Ages, hermeneutics possesses the life as long as that of man. It, however, as a scientific method for the intentions of writers and readers to be found, go back to the recent ages, specifically 18th centaury in the west which, then, turned to a main and leading way to interpret facts in the realm of humanities. In spite of its laying a claim to resolve shortcuts concerning unsearchable fields of humanities, this method could not reach the fulfillment of interpreting the inner sites of such incidents. This question, therefore, is to be raised that why hermeneutic, although having the historical antiquity and sharing in the ongoing scientific inputs, has not, so far, done away with the debility of experimental sciences in analyzing the political events. This is what to be answered in this paper.
