رضايت زناشويي و اشتياق جنسي والدين داراي كودك با اختلال اتيسم و فلج مغزي

Marital satisfaction and sexual desire of parents with autistic children with cerebral palsy

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسي مقايسه‌اي وضعيت رضايت زناشويي و اشتياق جنسي والديني كه داراي كودك يا كودكاني با اختلال اتيسم و عارضه فلج مغزي هستند، انجام شده است. اين پژوهش از نوع تحقيقات علي- مقايسه‌اي است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه والدين داراي كودك با اختلال اتيسم و فلج مغزي مراجعه‌كننده به كلينيك‌هاي توانبخشي(چهار مركز دانشگاهي و شش مركز خصوصي) شهر تهران در سال 1393 مي‌باشند. از بين كل مراجعان، تعداد 150 والد (75 والد داراي كودك اتيستيك و 75 والد با كودك مبتلا به فلج مغزي) به عنوان نمونه به شيوه نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه رضايت زناشويي انريچ و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اشتياق جنسي استفاده شده است و براي تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون آماري (t) گروه‌هاي مستقل استفاده گرديده‌است. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده نشان دادند كه در همه متغيرهاي مربوط به دو مؤلفه‌ي رضايت زناشويي و اشتياق جنسي، والدين كودكان فلج‌مغزي داراي نمرات بالاتري نسبت به والدين كودكان اتيستيك داشتند و تفاوت نمرات دو گروه در در سطح 0/50 =α معنادار شده است. با توجه به نتايج به‌دست‌آمده به نظر مي‌رسد بين شدت و گستره اختلال فرزندان و ميزان رضايت زناشويي و اشتياق جنسي والدين ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد. از آنجا كه دامنه اختلال اتيسم از جهت ايجاد محدوديت ذهني، شناختي، اجتماعي، ارتباطي نسبت به فلج مغزي بيشتر است، كيفيت روابط زناشويي و جنسي والدين كودكان با اختلال اتيسم بيشتر تحت تأثير ماهيت اختلال فرزندانشان قرار گرفته‌است.

The present study was to evaluate marital satisfaction and sexual desire disorder Parents who have children or children with autism and cerebral palsy, was carried out. This study is causal-comparative research. The population consisted of all children with autism and cerebral palsy parents with rehabilitation clinics (four and six private universities) are in Tehran in 1393. Of the total visitors, 150 parents (75 parents of autistic children and 75 parents of children with cerebral palsy), for example, were selected by cluster sampling method. To get data Enrich marital satisfaction and sexual desire questionnaire was used for data analysis test (t) we used independent. The results showed that in all the variables related to two factors of marital satisfaction and sexual desire, parents of children cerebral palsy had higher scores than the parents of autistic children and the differences between the two groups was significant at the level of 05/0 = α. According to the results, it seems that the intensity and extent of sexual desire disorder in children and marital satisfaction and parents' groups. Because of the limited scope of autism, mental, cognitive, social, communicative and more than cerebral palsy, parents of children with autism more quality sex marriage and children, have been affected by the nature of the disorder.
