تدوين برنامه ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي و بررسي تاثير آن بر كيفيت زندگي مادران و سازش يافتگي اجتماعي دختران آهسته گام با نشانگان داون

Development of Life Quality Improvement program and Examining its Impact on Mothers’ Quality of Life as well as social adjustment of Slow Pace Girls Afflicted by Down’s Syndrome

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي و تدوين برنامه ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي و ارزشيابي اثربخشي آن در كيفيت زندگي مادران و سازش يافتگي اجتماعي دختران آهسته گام با نشانگان داون انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش شبه آزمايشي با طرح پيش آزمون، پس آزمون و گروه كنترل است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مادران دختران آهسته گام آموزش پذير با بهره هوشي50 تا 70داراي نشانگان داون، در محدوده سني 7 تا 15 ساله شهر تهران بود. تعداد 60 نفر از آنها به صورت نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب شده و سپس به صورت تصادفي در دو گروه 30 نفري آزمايش و كنترل گمارده شدند. به گروه آزمايش طي دوازده جلسه، برنامه آموزشي ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي ارائه شد و گروه كنترل هيچ آموزشي دريافت نكردند. جهت سنجش كيفيت زندگي مادران از پرسشنامه كيفيت زندگي واروشربون و جهت سنجش سازش يافتگي اجتماعي كودكان از پرسشنامه سازش يافتگي اجتماعي واينلند استفاده شد. يافته ها: داده ها با استفاده نرم افزار spss 20 و روش تحليل كوواريانس چندمتغيره تحليل شده اند. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه آموزش برنامه ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي در ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي مادران گروه آزمايش تأثير معنادار داشته است گرچه در متغير سازش يافتگي اجتماعي كودكان، تفاوت معناداري در ميانگين نمرات پيش آزمون و پس آزمون دو گروه گزارش نشد نتيجه گيري: يافته هاي پژوهش نشان ميدهد كه مي توان از برنامه هاي ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي جهت افزايش كيفيت زندگي مادران كودكان آهسته گام با نشانگان داون استفاده كرد و در كنار آموزش مادران براي ارتقاي سازش يافتگي اجتماعي كودكان آهسته گام از برنامه مكمل نظير آموزش مهارت هاي زندگي به كودكان آهسته گام جهت افزايش سازش يافتگي اجتماعي آنان استفاده كرد

Aim: This research was carried out with the aim of designing and developing a life quality improvement scheme and the assessment of its effectiveness in the quality of mothers’ life and the social adjustment of slow pace girls suffering from Down’s syndrome. Method: The method of the research is semi-experimental and has taken advantages of pre-test, post-test, and controlled group. Statistical population consisted of all mothers who had trainable slow pace girls with the IQ of 50-70 suffering from Down’s syndrome. Out of which 60 of them were chosen for sampling and were randomly divided into two groups of 30 called Experiment and Control groups. For 11 sessions, the life quality improvement program was applied to Experiment group, unlike the second group. To assess the life quality of mothers and the social adjustment of the children the questionnaire of the life quality of Varosherbon as well as the questionnaire related to the social adjustment of Vineland were used respectively. Results: The data has been analyzed with SPSS20 and multi-variable. The results of the research indicates the life quality improvement scheme has had a meaningful influence on the improvement of the mothers’ life quality (01/0>p); However, in the variable related to the social adjustment of the children, the average of the scores of pre- and post-test showed no meaningful difference(074/0>p). Discussion: The findings of the research illustrates that it is possible to apply life quality improvement scheme, for enhancing the life quality of mothers’ with slow pace children afflicted to Down’s syndrome, and, beside training mothers to improve the social adjustment of slow pace children, to take advantage of a complementary program such as teaching the children life skills in order to increase their social adjustability.
