چكيده فارسي :
در اين مقاله سه موضوع مستقل اما به هم پيوسته در زمينه توسعه مناطق داراي چشمه هاي آب معدني و آب هاي گرم از ديدگاه برنامه ريزي مطمح نظر قرار گرفته است:
اولاً با اشاره به پيچيدگي هاي شرايط زندگي در دوران كنوني از يك طرف، و افزايش اميد به زندگي از سوي ديگر نشان داده شده است كه توسعه استراحت گاه هايي براي تمدد اعصاب، باز پروري جسمي، توانبخشي فكري و درمان طبيعي برخي از بيماري ها، به عنوان يك ضرورت غير قابل اجتناب بايد در دستور كار سازمان هاي مسئول تامين اجتماعي ، توانبخشي و اوقات فراغت مردم قرار گيرد و اين سازمان ها نسبت به سرمايه گذاري هاي لازم براي تاسيسات زيربنايي و بهره وري مطلوب از اين اماكن اقدام كنند. ثانياً ضمن ارايه يك مدل ماتريسي، ملاحظات لازم براي تنظيم برنامه توسعه اين گونه مناطق از جنبه هاي مختلف زمين شناسي، بهداشتي درماني، زيست محيطي، اكولوژيكي و چشم انداز محيطي از يكسو و آثار زيانبار اين توسعه بر چشمه ها، منابع معدني، روابط فرهنگي، آسايش و آرامش زندگي محلي و ... از سوي ديگر با توجه به روابط متقابل آنها مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. تكميل اين ماتريس توسط متخصصين، تصميم گيري براي نحوه توسعه را تسهيل خواهد ساخت. ثالثاً ضمن بررسي نقش مردم بومي در تسريع توسعه پيش بيني شده براي اينگونه مناطق، راهبردهايي براي بهره گيري بهينه از اين توان بالقوه تشريح شده است.

Our country is blessed with numerous natural thermal spas located throughout the country where a wide range of medical conditions, ailments and disorders can be treated due to the therapeutic properties and quality of the waters used. This article focuses on spa resorts as it is .experienced by tourists. The author has developed a table, based on the application of matrix evaluation techniques. The effort aims to support local and national authorities with a systematic and scientific basis for decision-making. This is exemplified through a Strategic Environmental Assessment of development planning. Also, this database provides a means to objectify present environmental conflicts. This contingency table is composed of physical, socio• economic and biological/ecosystems components. Data are generated from existing maps (e.g. land cover/use maps), statistica data a-id "ielc'work tu enable a pre1iminary impact analysis Statistical computations document significant potential environmertal i--ri:M't :.inrl 11nc, cover changes in narticular for that within the framework of the economic benefits. implement ability, and necessity, achievements of these countries are compared. In order to undertake sound and sustainable tourism development in the future, and successfully compete in the international tourism market place, the role of the following factors need to be critically examined: Research, The economic impact of tourism, Indigenous components of product delivery in areas of food products, culture, architecture and appropriate technology, the manpower needs of the tourism industry, and Institutional framework.
