مطالعه و بررسي رابطه ي ميان سرمايه اجتماعي و امنيت اجتماعي در بين مرزنشينان كرد و تركمن در مناطق مرزي خراسان شمالي

The study of the relationship between social capital and social security in the frontier Kermanj and Turkmen border areas of North Khorasan

زمينه و هدف: يكي از اصلي ترين مؤلفه هايي كه امنيت اجتماعي را ارتقاء مي بخشد و جامعه را سالم، آرام و مطلوب مي سازد، سرمايه اجتماعي است. سرمايه ي اجتماعي با مهيا ساختن فضاي اعتماد، مشاركت، انسجام و در واقع ايجاد زمينه نظارت و كنترل غير اقتدارآميز مي تواند كنش هاي بين افراد و گروه هاي اجتماعي را تحت الشعاع خود قرار داده و با تأثير بر نحوه ي فعاليت و جامعه پذير ساختن آنان، توانايي سازمان دهي جمعي و داوطلبانه افراد و گروه هاي اجتماعي را جلب نمايد و از آن براي توسعه و مسائل مختلف اجتماعي از جمله امنيت بهره گيرد. بدين جهت هدف اساسي اين مقاله تبيين رابطه بين دو متغير سرمايه اجتماعي و احساس امنيت اجتماعي و نيز بررسي رابطه بين اين دو سازه در بين مرزنشينان كرد و تركمن در مناطق مرزي خراسان شمالي مي باشد. روش: روش مورد استفاده در اين تحقيق از نوع پيمايشي بوده و داده ها با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه ي ساخت يافته جمع آوري شده است. اطلاعات جمع آوري شده پس از طبقه بندي به وسيله ي نرم افزار آماري SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرارگرفته اند. يافته ها و نتايج: نتايج پژوهش در تحليل رگرسيوني حاكي از آن است كه، بين سرمايه ي اجتماعي و امنيت اجتماعي رابطه ي معناداري وجود دارد. به اين استناد كه چون ضريب معناداري (Sig.) رابطه ي بين دو متغيّر اصلي حاصل از رگرسيون با 99% اطمينان برابر با 0/000 بوده، رابطه معنادار مي باشد. همچنين با توجه به نتيجه ي به دست آمده، براي ضريب تعيين، 66 درصد تغييرات موجود در ميزان امنيت اجتماعي مرزنشينان وابسته به مولفه هاي سرمايه ي اجتماعي مورد بررسي در اين مطالعه مي باشد (Adj R²=0.662). از سوي ديگر بر اساس نتايج آماره همبستگي جزئي از بين مؤلفه هاي سرمايه اجتماعي، مشاركت اجتماعي به تنهايي و با كنترل ساير مؤلفه ها توانسته است تا 49% نوسانات ميزان احساس امنيت اجتماعي را تبيين نموده و به همين ترتيب اعتماد اجتماعي 45% و انسجام اجتماعي 19% نوسانات ميزان احساس امنيت اجتماعي مرزنشينان را پوشش مي دهند.

Method: The method used of the survey type and data using structured interview tools have been collected. information collected by spss statistical software analyze. The findings and results: Research results in the regression analysis suggests that between social capital and social security , there is a significant relationship The documents to as a significant factor resulting from the regression (Sig =0/000), the relationship between the two main variables with 99 % confidence is significant.
