چند معنايي واژه «يد» در متون ديني در پرتو نظريه استعاره شناختي

در متون ديني و ارتباط آن با استعاره و «يد» مقالۀ حاضر به بررسي چند معناييِ واژه مجازشناختي پرداخته است. بدين منظور عبارات استعاري موجود در زبان قرآن و ادعيه، بويژه صحيفه سجاديه كه بر اين واژه و كنش هاي آن دلالت داشتند، جمع آوري و بررسي شده است تا مشخص شود كه چگونه مي توان با اتكا به نظريۀ استعاره مفهومي و مجاز مفهومي، استعاره هاي را تبيين كرد، و نيز اينكه تحليل شناختيِ «دست» زباني مذكور و روابط موجود در معاني واژه چندمعنايي در زبان ديني، چه كمكي به درك مفاهيم متون ديني مي كند. براي تحليل داده هاي مذكور، از اصول نظريۀ ليكاف و جانسون استفاده شد و مشخص گرديد كه معاني واژه دست، ارتباطي مجازي، استعاري (جهتي و ساختاري) دارند و معناي اصلي، به دليل كاربردهاي استعاري و مجاز مفهومي، دچار توسيع هاي معنايي، و در نتيجه چندمعنايي شده است. هرچند تاكنون تحليل هاي مختلفي در مورد چندمعنايي و فرايند چگونگي ايجاد آن ارائه شده است، اما به نظر مي رسد تحليل شناختي، منسجم تر از تحليل هاي پيشين مي تواند به ارتباط معاني يك كلمۀ چند معنا بپردازد و باعث درك بهتر و شفاف تر معاني انتزاعي ديني خواهد شد.

The present paper analyzes the polysemy of the word " yæ d" (hand) in two religious texts and its relationship with cognitive metaphor and metonymy. For this, the required linguistic metaphors were extracted from Qur'an and Sahife Sajjadiyeh. The objective was to know how the polysemy of the word "yæ d" and the relevant semantic relationships between these meanings can be explained according to the Theory of Conceptual Metaphor and metonymy. Moreover, how conceptual analysis of polysemy of words can help the readers in better understanding of the concepts in religious texts. The theory of Lakoff and Johnson was used for the analysis of data. The research findings exhibited that the meanings of the word "hand" have literal, metaphorical (both structural and orientational), and metonymic relationships in the religious language. Moreover, because of metaphorical and metonymic uses, the main meaning has undergone semantic extensions leading to polysemy. Although there are different analyses on the polysemy and the way this process occurs, it seems that a cognitive approach dealing with the meaning relationships of a polysemous word functions more coherently than other approaches. The readersâ awareness of such meaning relations can develop their understanding of the texts.
