بررسي اثر آموزش بسته‌ي توانمندسازي نوجوانان در پيشگيري از رفتارهاي پرخطر در نوجوانان كار و خيابان

The Efficacy of Education of Adolescent Empowerment in Prevention of Risky Behaviors in Child Labor

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسي اثر آموزش بسته‌ي توانمندسازي نوجوانان در پيشگيري از رفتارهاي پرخطر در نوجوانان كار و خيابان انجام شد. روش: دراين پژوهش شبه آزمايشي از طرح پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون باگروه كنترل استفاده شده است. جامعه‌ي‌آماري پژوهش را كليه كودكان كار و خيابان 13-18 ساله‌ شهر كرج تشكيل داده اند. از آن ميان آنان با استفاده از پرسش نامه‌ي عوامل محافظ و خطرساز، نوجواناني كه در سازمان‌ مردم‌نهاد كيانا تحت آموزش بودند و در معرض خطر جدي‌تري قرار داشتند، شناسايي شدند. پس از غربالگري، هفده دانش‌آموز براي شركت در دوره‌ي آموزشي انتخاب شدند. به منظور اجراي پيش‌آزمون پرسش نامه رفتارهاي پرخطر و پرسش نامه عوامل محافظت‌كننده و خطرساز توسط دانش‌آموزان شركت‌كننده در دوره‌ي آموزشي تكميل شد. اين برنامه آموزشي شامل هشت موضوع است كه در يازده جلسه‌ي نود دقيقه‌اي آموزش داده مي‌شود. در پايان دوره‌ي آموزشي و همچنين سه ماه بعد از اتمام دوره شركت‌كنندگان پرسش نامه رفتارهاي پرخطر و پرسش نامه عوامل محافظت‌كننده و خطرساز را تكميل كردند. به‌منظور تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها از آزمون T استفاده شد. نتايج: نتايج نشان‌ داد، بين نمرات پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و همچنين دوره‌ي پيگيري تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس نتايج پژوهش مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه توانمندسازي نوجوانان در پيشگيري از رفتارهاي پرخطر در نوجوانان كار و خيابان تأثير دارد.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of education on adolescent empowerment in the prevention of risky behaviors in child labor. Methodology: This present research is a quasi-experimental with pre-test post-test design. Statistical population of this research includes 13-18 years old child labor in the city of Karaj. For this purpose students who were in Kiana institute examined with Risk and protective factors questionnaire and then those who were more at risk were identified. After screening, 17 students selected to attend the training course. To performing pretest, Risky behavior questionnaire & risk and protective factors questionnaire completed by the students. This course consists of 11 sessions of 90 minutes. At the end of the course as well as three months after the course the participants completed risk and protective factors questionnaire & risky behavior questionnaire. T-test used to analyze the data. Results: The results show the significant difference between pretest and posttest as well as follow up scores. Conclusions: Based on the results of the research we can conclude that the empowerment of youth affected in the prevention of risky behaviors in child labors.
