Designing a model for the physical education teachers’ professional characteristics and competencies

هدف تحقيق حاضر، طراحي مدل صلاحيت ها و ويژگي هاي حرفه اي معلمين تربيت بدني و ورزش بود. روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي پيمايشي بود كه به شكل ميداني انجام شد. جامعه آماري را كليه معلمان تربيت بدني و ورزش شهر تهران تشكيل دادند. جامعه آماري، كليه دبيران تربيت بدني و ورزش زن و مرد شهر تهران بودند كه براساس برآوردهاي صورت گرفته 650 نفر در نظر گرفته شد كه با توجه جدول آماري (مورگان) نمونه آماري 242 نفر تعيين گرديد. براي انتخاب نمونه به صورت نمونه گيري خوشه اي تصادفي عمل شد. ابزار گردآوري داده هاي صلاحيت هاي حرفه اي معلمين تربيت بدني پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اي بود كه روايي صوري و محتوايي آن در پژوهش حاضر توسط متخصصين و اساتيد دانشگاهي در حوزه آموزش و پرورش مورد بررسي و تاييد و همچنين روايي سازه ابزار با استفاده از نرم افزار آموس و پايايي ابزار (همساني دروني) نيز جهت كل پرسشنامه مولفه هاي آن از طريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/88 =α به دست آمد. در بخش دوم آمار استنباطي از t تك نمونه، تحليل عاملي تاييدي و مدل ساختاري استفاده شد. نتايج مدل پژوهش نشان داد كه مولفه هاي صلاحيت هاي آموزشي و توسعه حرفه اي بيشترين بار عاملي و همچينين مولفه صلاحيت فناوري كمترين ميزان بار عاملي را به خود اختصاص دادند. بنابراين حفظ رفتارهاي مثبت معلمان نسبت به دانش آموزان و والدين بايد مورد توجه و استفاده از فناوري هاي نوين در آموزش تقويت شود.

The purpose of study was to design a model for the physical education teachers’ professional characteristics and competencies. It is a field survey. The population included the whole Tehran physical education teachers whose number total equaled 650 individuals. The sample included 242 participants (both male and female) selected by the cluster random sampling based on Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) table. The instrument to measure the physical education teachers’ competencies was a structured questionnaire which the face and content validity were confirmed by the university experts and professors specialized in the field of education. Moreover, the construct validity was evaluated using AMOS software. The reliability was also assessed by Cronbach's alpha (internal consistency=0.88). Inferential statistics is composed of the one sample t-test, the confirmatory factor analysis, and the structural equation modeling. The results showed that the educational competencies as well as the professional development competencies had the highest value of factor loading. In contrast, the technology competencies had the lowest value of factor loading. In conclusion, the teachers’ positive behaviors in their students and the students’ parents must be maintained and the new technologies in education must be improved.
