چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: طبقه‌بندي و استفاده از اطلاعات انبوه توليدشده در نظام سلامت و به‌طور خاص اختلالات رواني و رفتاري نقش مهمي در ارائه آمارهاي صحيح بهداشت عمومي و افزايش سطح سلامت جامعه دارد. لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر تبيين اهميت استفاده از سيستم طبقه‌بندي اختلالات رواني و رفتاري با رويكرد طبقه‌بندي بين‌المللي بيماري‌ها بوده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر يك مطالعه مروري است كه در سال 1394 انجام گرديده است. اطلاعات مربوطه با جستجو در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتيPub med وMag Iran و موتورهاي جستجوي Yahoo و Google و سايت سازمان جهاني بهداشت (WHO) و مطالعه در منابع كتابخانه‌اي مرجع بهدست آمدند و سپس اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده بر اساس اهداف پژوهش خلاصهبندي و گزارش گرديدند.
يافته‌ها: نظام طبقه‌بندي بين‌المللي بيماري‌ها (ICD) كه توسطWHO منتشر مي‌گردد، اختلالات رواني و رفتاري را در فصل پنج كتاب قرار داده است. سازمان جهاني بهداشت با توجه به اهميت طبقه‌بندي و استفاده از اطلاعات مربوط به اختلالات رواني و رفتاري اقدام به تهيه يك طبقه‌بندي خاص مربوط به آن به نام توصيفات باليني و راهنماي تشخيصي Clinical Descriptions and Diagnostic Guidelines (CDDG) نموده است.
نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به اهميت طبقه‌بندي اطلاعات مربوط به اختلالات رواني و رفتاري كشورهاي پيشرفته در علم روانشناسي ازجمله ايالات‌متحده اقدام به طراحي و تهيه راهنماي تشخيصي و آماري اختلالات رواني (DSM-5) نموده است. با توجه به مزاياي طبقه‌بندي و ارائه آمارهاي دقيق جهت مقاصد درماني، آماري، پژوهشي، قانوني و غيره استفاده از اين نظام‌هاي طبقه‌بندي پيشنهاد مي‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Background: Classification and use of produced aggregate information
in health systems and especially in mental and behavioral disorders
plays an important role in presenting correct statistics in public
health and increasing the health level of the society. Therefore,
the aim of this study was to determine the importance of use of mental
and behavioral disorders classification with the approach of international
classification of diseases.
Materials and Methods: This study is a review study that was done
in 2016. Related information was acquired through searching in Pub-
Med and Mag Iran data bases, google and yahoo search engine ,
World Health Organization website and survey in librarian resources
and then the collected data were reported based on the study goals.
Results: ICD published by WHO , classified the mental and behavioral
disorders in chapter 5 of it. Due to the importance of classification
and use of related mental and behavioral information, WHO decided
to create and publish a special classification related to it called
Clinical Descriptions and Diagnostic Guidelines (CDDG).
Conclusion: Concerning the importance of mental and behavioral
related information, the advanced countries in psychology and psychiatry
such as the USA has started to design and produce DSM.
With regard to the benefits of classification and accurate statistics in
different aspects such as treatments, statistics, researches, legal issues
etc., it is recommended to use the classification of DSM-5.
