بررسي ميزان انطباق آموزش‌هاي فني و حرفه‌‌اي با نيازهاي آموزشي بخش صنايع در شهرستان خرمشهر

A study of the match between vocational educational with industries sector educational needs in khorramshr city

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي ميزان انطباق آموزش­هاي فني­ وحرفه ­اي با نيازهاي آموزشي بخش صنايع در شهرستان خرمشهر بود. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي بود. جامعۀ ­آماري پژوهش شامل كليه سازمان­ها و شركت­ها (صنايع كوچك، متوسط و بزرگ شهرستان مطابق اطلاعات ثبت شده در اداره صنايع استان_ وزارت صنايع و معادن، معاونت توسعه صنعتي، دفتر آمار و اطلاع رساني) كه 42 شركت برآورد شد و مركز فني و حرفه ­اي شهرستان خرمشهر، در بخش صنعت بود. نمونه ­گيري دوبار و به دو منظور انجام شد. ابتدا با استفاده از روش نمونه­گيري هدفمند 9 شركت انتخاب گرديد و با 9 نفر از مديران و 9 نفر از كارشناسان مصاحبه به عمل آمد. در مرحلۀ دوم به صورت تصادفي ساده، 125 نفر از مديران و كارشناسان براي تكميل پرسشنامه انتخاب گرديد. جهت جمع ­آوري دادهاي پژوهش از بررسي اسناد و مدارك، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گرديد كه روايي محتوايي پرسشنامه توسط صاحب­نظران مورد تأييد قرار گرفت و پايايي ابزار محاسبه و تأييد شد. داده ­هاي جمع ­آوري شده با استفاده از آمار توصيفي تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. يافته­ هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه بين عملكرد موجود آموزش­هاي فني­ وحرفه­ اي با وضعيت مطلوب (نيازها و محورهاي آموزشي شناسايي شده داراي اولويت) اين شهرستان انطباق وجود ندارد. همچنين بررسي نتايج بدست آمده، نشان داد كه 9 دورۀ عمومي، 7 دوره مديريتي و 45 دوره تخصصي اولويت­ هاي آموزش­ هاي فني ­و­حرفه ­اي مورد نياز بازار كار در زمينۀ صنايع اين شهرستان را تشكيل مي­دهند.

The Purpose of this study was to examine the match between vocational educational with industries sector educational needs in khorramshr city. Method of study was descriptive- survey The population of this research was all the organization and Companies (middle-sized and big induatries registered based on information available in the Department of Industries of Khozestan,Ministry of Industries and Mines,Department of Industrial Development and Office of Statistics and Information) 42 Companies were estimated and Technical and Educational Centers Khorramshahr in industry sector. Sampling was done twice for two purposes. First, The company was selected using purposive sampling 9, with 9 of managers and 9 of experts were interviewed. In the second stage randomly selected 125 managers and experts to complete the questionnaire. For data gathering in this research, the analysis of documents, interview and questionnaire. Face and content validity of the instrument has been confirmed by experts and reliability has been calculated and verified subsequently .the collected data has been analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that is no conformity between technical and professional education in Khorramshahr and acceptable situation ( identified as needs and educational purposes which labled as primary ones) in this city. Also, results show that the general courses 9, management courses 7 and specialized courses 45 of vocational educational of priorities for the labor market in industries that make up the city.
