The Semantics and Standards of Koranic Best Debates

قرآن كريم تكيه‌گاه نخست مباحث تربيت و تبليغ است كه در كنار حكمت، برهان و موعظۀ حسنه، اتخاذ روش جدال به نيكوترين وجه را به پيامبر و مؤمنان دستور داده است. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است مفهوم و معيارهاي جدال احسن با استفاده از مقدمات قرآني و روايي روشن شود. در قرآن، جدال در معاني متنوعي از جمله خصومت در گفتار، گفت‌وگوي جانبدارانه، دفاع سرسختانه از باطل و مناظره براي مجاب‌كردن خصم به‌كار رفته است. در كاربرد قرآني، جدال به معناي رويارويي و كشمكش گفتاري است كه به دو روش احسن و غيراحسن انجام مي‌شود و تنها نوع احسن آن، مجاز است و آيات به آن سفارش كرده‌اند. ازطرفي، با جمع‌بندي آيات و رهيافت‌هاي لغوي و تفسيري، جدال احسن قرآني يا جدال به نيكوترين روش، نوعي از گفت‌وگو ميان مؤمنان و مخالفان است كه بر انگيزه و هدف الهي، مقدمات صحيح و مقبول نزد دو طرف و روش‌هاي پسنديده و رعايت اخلاق نيكو به‌ويژه آداب مناظره متكي باشد. هرچند در آيات قرآني و تفاسير، بر هر دو موضوعِ روش صحيح و اخلاقي و محتواي حقاني جدال تأكيد شده است، درمجموع، ضابطۀ اصلي و مهم‌ترين معيار جدال احسنِ مطلوب قرآن، اتخاذ شيوه‌هاي درست و برخورد نيكو و رعايت آداب مناظره هدفمند و منطقي است و بهره‌گيري از محتواي حق و صحيح - در عين اهميت - معيار بعدي و در درجۀ دوم است.

The Holy Quran is the primary base for moral education and preaching. The Holy Quran has ordered the Prophet and the believers, along with the teaching of wisdom, reason and sermon, to follow best practices in their disputes and debates. This article intends to clarify the concept of best practices in disputes and describes its criteria based on the Quran and Hadith. In the Quran, in a protean verbal conflict or dispute has been used with different meanings including conflict in speech, biased argument, stubborn defense of the void idea, and debate used to convince the enemy. In Koranic usage, dispute and controversy refers to two methods of conflict is spoken words that can be either good or bad, only the best of which is recommended in the Holy Quran. What can be understood from the related verses of the Quran is that only the best forms of disputes used by the Moslems against unbelievers are recommendable. This best practice is one which follows a divine goal, uses best techniques, and followed the accepted etiquette. Even though the divine content and form of dispute has been mentioned in the Holy Quran, it can be understood that the main criteria are the standards of argumentation and the adherence to morally acceptable ways. The contents and their truth in a dispute become the second most important aspect based on the verses reviewed.
