تحليل وقوع انواع سرقت در عظيميه كرج در سال 1394 با تاكيد بر اقدامات پيشگيرانه

Analysis of the Occurrence of Kinds of Theft in Azimiyeh of Karaj Town in the Year 1394 Emphasizing Preventive Measures

جرم سرقت در بعد زماني و مكاني رخ مي دهد كه اين ابعاد تاثير بسزايي در وقوع اين جرم دارند. براي پيشگيري از سرقت، شناخت و بررسي مكان و زمان وقوع آن اهميت فراواني دارند زيرا به اين وسيله مي توان راه هاي پيشگيري از سرقت را كشف كرد. با توجه به اينكه عظيمه ميزان قابل توجهي وقوع سرقت را به خود اختصاص داده است لذا اين پژوهش به تحليل وقوع انواع سرقت در محدوده ي مكاني عظيميه (استان البرز) در سال 1394 مي پردازد. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي - تحليلي است. داده هاي مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش از يكي از كلانتري ها در محدوده مورد نظر دريافت شده است. آمارها نشان مي دهد بيشترين نوع سرقت، داخل خودرو با 38/67 درصد مي باشد. پراكندگي وقوع سرقت در فصول نيز متفاوت است به طوري كه بيشترين ميزان سرقت در فصل پاييز با 27/65 درصد بوده است. ناگفته نماند در سه ماهه اول سال 1395 با كشف سرقت بالاتري نسبت زمان مشابه در سال 1394 روبرو بوده ايم و اين نشان كارامدي در كشف جرايم توسط ضابطان است. براي پيشگري از سرقت داخل خوردرو مي توان اقداماتي از جمله تامين پاركينگ براي مراكز تجاري و توجه بيشتر به مناطق مجاور عظيميه (كه عمدتا مسكن در آن ها ارزان تر مي باشد) را مدنظر قرار داد.

The crime of theft occurs in time and location dimension where these dimensions dramatically affect the occurrence of this kind of crime. In order to prevent theft, recognizing and investigating the location and time of its occurrence is of utmost importance because the preventive ways of theft can be detected using this method. In regards to the fact that Azimiyeh has shown a considerable rate of theft occurrence, therefore; this research deals with analyzing the occurrence of different kinds of theft in the spatial vicinity of Azimiyeh (Alborz Province) in 1394. This research is of applied type in terms of objective and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The applied data in this research have been obtained from one of the police stations in the area of interest. Statistics show that the highest rate of theft is stealing items inside vehicles with 38/67 percent. Dispersion of theft occurrence differs in various seasons in a way that the highest rate belongs to the autumn season with 27/65 percent. It is noteworthy to say that during the first three months of the year 1395, we have witnessed the detection of higher rate theft compared to similar time in 1394 and this shows high competency in crime detection by law enforcement agents. To prevent stealing items inside vehicles, we can consider such measures as providing parking lots for commercial centers and paying more attention to areas near Azimiyeh (where housing is often cheaper).
