چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: در طلاق عاطفي با فقدان اعتماد، احترام و محبت به يكديگر، زوجين در صدد آزار و اذيت، ناكامي و تنزل عزت نفس يكديگرند و هريك در جهت يافتن دليلي براي اثبات عيب و كوتاهي و طرد ديگري هستند. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ حاضر ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻃﻼق ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ در ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎﻧﻬﺎي ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان در سال 1395 ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و از نوع همبستگي ﺑﻮد. جامعه پژوهش شامل؛ كليه پرستاران متاهل زن و مرد بيمارستان هاي منطقه دو شهر تهران در سال 1395 بودند كه از ميان آنها150 نفر ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ خوشه اي ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪاي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب شدﻧﺪ. به منظور جمع آوري داده ها از ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻃﻼق ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ ﮔﺎﺗﻤﻦ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻃﻼق ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ ﮐﻪ در 60 ﮔﻮيه و 12 ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮيات ﻃﻼق ﮔﺎﺗﻤﻦ (1997)، ﻃﻼق رواﻧﯽ ﮐﺴﻠﺮ (1975)، ﻣﺜﻠﺚ ﻋﺸﻖ اﺳﺘﺮﻧﺒﺮگ (1988) و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ رواﺑﻂ زﻧﺎﺷﻮيي ﻣﺎركس (1989) ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﺷﺪه بود، استفاده شد. داده ها از روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 تحليل شدند.
يافته ها: تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان دادند كه، 11 ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اﻧﺘﻘﺎد، اﻫﺎﻧﺖ، رﻓﺘﺎر ﺗﺪاﻓﻌﯽ، ﻫﻤﮑﺎري ﻧﮑﺮدن، ﺳﺮﺧﻮردﮔﯽ، قطع عاطفي، ﻓﺮﺳﺎيش ، ﺳﻮﮔﻮاري، ﻋﺸﻖ اﺑﻠﻬﺎﻧﻪ، ﻋﺸﻖ ﭘﻮچ و ﺟﺪايﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻃﻼق ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ را ﺑﺴﻨﺠﻨﺪ (0/05>P) و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﺟﺪايي ﻓﯿﺰيكي ﺗﻮاﻧﺎيي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻃﻼق ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ را ﻧﺪارد (0/05< P). ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻃﻼق ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ در ﮔﺮوه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، 39/3 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد.
نتيجه گيري: نتايج نشان دادند كه، تعامل هاي منفي و عدم رضايت زناشويي از راﺑﻄﻪ دو طرفه، زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻃﻼق ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. اين پديده در ﺻﻮرﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ درﻣﺎن ﻧﮕﺮدد، زوﺟﯿﻦ را ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﻃﻼق و ﺟﺪايي رﺳﻤﯽ ﺳﻮق ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ به نتايج اين ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎيﯽ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻃﻼق ﻋﺎﻃﻔﯽ، اﻣﯿﺪ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮﮔﺰاري ﮐﺎرﮔﺎهﻫﺎي ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ زﻧﺎﺷﻮيي و دورهﻫﺎي زوج درﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﺸﺎورهﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺶ از ازدواج، ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ از ﺑﺮوز ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اين پديده ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮي ﮔﺮدد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: In an emotional divorce with a lack of trust, respect, and affection for each other, couples try to persecute, fail, and degrade self-esteem. and each one is in order to find a reason to prove the defect and exclusion of another. The present study was conducted to determine the pervalnce and components of emotional divorce in married nurses in Tehran hospitals.
Methods: The research methoed was a descriptive and corrlational study. A total of 150 married nurses from Tehran hospitals were selected through multi-stage and cluster random sampling by 2016. To collect the data, Gottman’s emotional divorce scale and researcher-made emotional divorce questionnaire in 60 items and 11 components based on Gatman's divorce views (1997), Kessler's divorce (1975), Sternberg Love Triangle (1988) and the quality of marital relationships Marx (1989) was used. After analyzing the questionnaires, the data were analyzed with factor analysis by SPP20 software. Results: Data analysis showed that 11 factors: Criticism, insult, defensive behavior, non-cooperation, frustration, fault, erosion, mourning, foolish love, null love and separation composition can measure the variables of emotional divorce (P < 0.05). and the physical separation component does not have the ability to measure emotional divorce (P > 0.05). Also, the amount of emotional divorce in the sample group was 39.3%.
Conclusions: The results showed that, in fact, the significant reduction of positive interactions and satisfaction in the relationship between the two sides provides the basis for emotional divorce. This phenomenon will lead couples to divorce and formal separation if they are not treated. According to the results of this study and identifying the components of emotional divorce, it is hoped that by holding marriage specialized, Couple Therapy Courses, Pre-marriage counseling workshops, it would be desirable to prevent the occurrence of this phenomenon.
