چكيده ديپلماسي هسته اي ايران و پنج به علاوه يك به دنبال توافق جامع هسته اي در تيرماه 1394، بيش از گذشته در معرض توجه قرار گرفته و به چالش اذهان مبدل گرديده است. از جمله چرايي هاي برخاسته از اين رويداد، طرح اين مسئله مي باشد كه چه عاملي موجب موفقيت و به ثمر رسيدن مذاكرات هسته اي دوازده ساله ايران با قدرت هاي جهاني شده است؟ نويسندگان با ريشه يابي فضاي حاكم بر سياست خارجي دو طرف ديپلماسي هسته اي يعني ايران و آمريكا، مدعي آن هستند كه دولت هاي يادشده براي رسيدن به اهداف سياست خارجي، الگوي رفتاري مبتني بر بعد نرم افزاري قدرت را كنش راهبردي خود قرار داده و با تعميم اين الگو به مسئله هسته اي ايران، در صدد حل و فصل آن برآمده اند. بر اين مبنا نوشتار حاضر پرسش مذكور را به اين شكل تغيير مي دهد كه چگونه رويكرد نرم افزاري قدرت امكان دستيابي به توافق هسته اي را فراهم مي سازد؟ در مقام فرضيه پردازي نويسندگان در پاسخ به اين پرسش، با بهره گيري از نظريه قدرت نرم جوزف ناي و با كاريست روش توصيفي- تحليلي مطرح مي سازند كه علي رغم تفاوت در اهداف، دولت هاي ايران و آمريكا در راستاي اثرگذاري بر يكديگر، از روشهاي مسالمت آميزي چون مذاكره، تعامل، تغيير لحن و ادبيات، اقناع سازي و چندجانبه گرايي، براي نيل به توافق هسته اي و تثبيت آن بهره گرفته اند.

Diplomacy between Islamic Republic and 5+1 group on Iran’s nuclear program which accomplished to “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action” in July 2015, more than ever, is considering by public affairs and to challenge the attitudes. Some issues are arising from this event, and the main question is what causes the success and fruition of Iran's nuclear talks with the world powers after 12 year talks? Most of the writers and analyzers around the world, by reviewing the atmosphere of Iran and the United States diplomacy, claim these governments were seeking the model of soft power to reach the agreement on Iran’s nuclear program. The main question in this topic is how the soft power could lead the negotiations to Iran nuclear deal? The authors of this essay believe, despite the differences in objectives of Iran and US, two countries could reach the deal and settle it just by using peaceful means such as negotiation, interaction, changing the tone and rhetoric, persuasion and multilateralism.
