The Relationship Between Telegram Messenger Network With Ethnic Unrest In Kurdish Regions Of Kermanshah Province From Security Police Experts

زمينه و هدف: امروزه فناوري هاي اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي نوين در بستر فضاي مجازي به عامل مهمي براي بسيج كنش‌هاي جمعي و جنبش‌هاي اجتماعي اعتراض آميز در سراسرجهان تبديل شده است. شبكه پيام رسان تلگرام از جمله تاثيرگذارترين اين فناوريها است. با توجه به تنوع قومي در جامعه ايران و كاركردهاي مثبت و منفي كه به دنبال دارد، اين پژوهش درصدد بررسي رابطه بين شبكه پيام رسان تلگرام با ايجاد ناآرامي هاي قومي كردنشينان استان كرمانشاه از نگاه كارشناسان پليس امنيت است. روش: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر شيوه اجرا توصيفي-پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را كارشناسان پليس اطلاعات و امنيت عمومي استان كرمانشاه تشكيل داده اند و حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان، 170 نفر برآورد شد. داده ها به وسيله پرسشنامه روا و پايا (آلفاي كرونباخ 95/0) جمع‌آوري و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمون همبستگي پيرسون تحليل شدند. يافته ها و نتايج: پژوهش نشان داد از نگاه كارشناسان پليس امنيت، چهار مولفۀ برجسته سازي مشكلات اجتماعي و قومي، گسسته اي قومي، كمپين هاي مجازي و طرح اطلاعات غير واقعي در رابطه با قوم كرد از طريق پيام رسان تلگرام با ايجاد نا آراميهاي قومي كردنشينان استان كرمانشاه ابطه وجود دارد. بنابراين اتخاذ تدابير پيشگيرانه و مقابله اي براي خنثي سازي و مديريت اين پيام رسان، ضروري است.

Background and Aim: Today, new information and communication technologies in the field of cyberspace have become an important factor in mobilizing collective action and protest movements around the world. The telegraph messaging network is one of the most influential technologies. Considering the ethnic diversity in Iranian society and the positive and negative functions that followed, this research attempts to investigate the relationship between the telegram's messenger network and ethnic insurgents in Kermanshah province from the viewpoint of security police experts.Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this study was Kermanshah Provincial Public Information and Security Police (KPI) experts. The sample size was estimated to be 170 according to Krejcie and Morgan tables. Data were gathered by a valid and reliable questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha = 0.95) and analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson correlation test.Findings and Results: The study showed that from the perspective of security police experts, four components of highlighting social and ethnic problems, ethnic cleavages, virtual campaigns and untrue information plans in relation to the Kurdish people through the telegraphic messenger by creating The tribal disturbances in Kermanshah Province have been reported. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt preventive and countermeasures to neutralize and manage this messenger.
