چكيده فارسي :
اشتغال زنان در عرصه ي فرهنگي و به خصوص اقتصادي، تأثيرات مثبت و منفي بسياري بر فضاهاي شهري دارد. در اين مقاله به بررسي و تحليل نقش اشتغال زنان و اثرات مختلف آن در فضاهاي شهري پرداخته شده است. روش پژوهش، توصيفي- تحليلي بوده و تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با مدل تركيبي SWOT-AHP انجام شده است كه با استفاده از آن به تحليل نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهديد و نيز امتيازدهي هركدام از آن‌ها و تعيين اولويت‌دهي بين شاخص‌هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي پرداختيم.
جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را زنان شاغل شهر كاشان تشكيل داده اند. با توجه به رويكرد مدل‌هاي تصميم‌گيري از نظرات 50 تن از نخبگان و كارشناسان مطرح، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. امتيازدهي شاخص‌ها با طيف ساعتي صورت گرفت كه پس از مشخص شدن امتياز نهايي تمام شاخص‌ها، نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهديد به‌صورت زوجي مقايسه شدند. نتايج نشان داد كه تأثير اشتغال زنان بر اقتصاد شهري با وزن 0.647 بيشتر از ساير شاخص‌ها است. براي تعيين امتياز نهايي شاخص‌هاي موردنظر در نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهديد اولويت اول فرصت‌ها بودند كه در مجموع ارزش تلفيقي بالاترين امتياز را داشتند. مجموع ارزش تلفيقي نقاط قوت 1.68، ضعف 1.56، فرصت 3.41، تهديد 1.77 هستند.

Women’s employment in cultural and especially economic areas has many positive and negative effects on urban and family spaces. This paper examines the role of women’s employment and its various effects on urban spaces. The research method is descriptive-analytical as a way to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as rating each of them, as well as rating each of them, and determining the priority between the indices of attitude, social and cultural affairs. The statistical society of this research is women working in Kashan city which according to the approach of decision models, 50 of the elites and experts have been used as the sample. Indicator scoring is done with the hourly spectrum that, after the final score, all the indices, strength, weaknesses, opportunities and paternity were compared. The results showed that the effect of women’s employment on urban economics with a weight of .647 is more than other indicators. To determine the final score of the indicators in the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the first priority was the opportunities that in total the consolidated value had the highest score. The sum of the combined value of the strengths was 1.68, weaknesses 1.56, opportunities 3.41 and threats 1.77 respectively.
